I am a current customer and have been for at least a year. I just have a simple question that I need a valid answer for that has been plaguing me. I know you have on your site that you source your meats from parts of the United States and/or Australia. But what I want to know is who are the ultimate owners (the whole chain) of the places where this meat is raised and processed for sale? Do you deal directly with a farmer who is the sole profit maker? Do these farmers have stakeholders and/or stockholders - if so, who? Can you please provide this answer?
