I still have the original one side spread of Rolling Stone magazine ad for Argus saying "The Greatest Double Lead Guitar Team in the History of Rock". When I first saw this it gave me chills. Hi from Raleigh, NC.
Similar for me...I was 15 and one of my older brothers came home from college on a break and had the Live Dates album....I was hooked immediately. I then turned my neighborhood friends on to it, a year later we had a band and doing WA covers.
WOW! They've defo done you guys proud with the presentation, Looks awesome! You just can't beat Vinyl for quality sound and content.. Congrats to you all for such an achievement
HI ANDY ! Listening to u since back in '73 ! At least I got to meet u back in 2006 during a small pub gig stateside in PA. - a vivid memory it is to this day ! Glad you're still out there doing what u do ... this box set is a must have ! Wish all the best to u and yours !
Hi Andy this is a very cathartic moment ....when I first bought Argus in early 70s I admit I was in tears when I heard that sublime double solo in Sometime World ....for me still one of the greatest guitar solos ever !!!! Still affects me to this day !!! Truly great seminal album !!! Ive seen live over the years the likes of Mike Stern John Scofield Al Di Meola Larry Carlton Allan Holdsworth et al and your solo in Sometime World is up there with the best !!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I saw you live Brighton 1972 at the Brighton Dome.still listen all albums.. Also saw you in Redhill Surrey many yrs ago. Can you not just once get the original 4 of you get together just once more....... Before I die
One of my all- time favourite albums from one of my most favoured bands ....I hope before Wishbone Ash finally end their playing career , they collaborate with an orchestra ....I have always thought that a lot of Wishbone Ash material , especially their earlier stuff , would sound remarkable within an orchestral setting .....Great cover ...but the musical content , inside , is even better .
That was great, it's def one of the best albums I've ever heard.

Thank you. I was 16 when the First lp was released. Argus CHANGED me as a 17 year old. Thank you!
