The best thing about your videos is not only the context of them and the amazing information that you are providing in order to really know ourselves, but also your humility, your authenticity and the beauty of your being. Thank you for your contribution.
This channel is fucking goated. Finally figuring out what I’ve been suffering from helplessly for years and it’s difficult but I’m excited for the future
Great topic Kenny!! You keep amazing me! 😍Noticed when hugging my devouring mom, she seems to freeze, whereas my narcissistic sister couldn't get enough of my hugs as she felt beloved. At Easter 2024 I decided enough is enough of negative patterns by energy vampire dramaqueens. Repetition is about hell, but your valuable life lessons will stick if repeated !!
Mommy dearest passed away 2 days ago, I felt something was off and found her dead in bed Yesterday evening. A week ago my mom for the first time causiously hugged me & told me I'd always been so sweet to her, although I grumbled / complained a lot as truth teller when she devalued me, lashed out, complained about being late (ADHD deficit), interferred obsessively in my private life. I love my mom unconditionally 4 ever! Wow didn't realize both my daughter and I loved her SO MUCH!! She was so giving finanially: loved to see us enjoy roadtrips to USA and financed university which my daughter swapped a lot, due to ADHD: uni psychology, engineering as she could draw 3D, blinked out in talents: tennis, drums, fitness etc.
Hello and thank you again, Kenny. Your videos are Gold.😊 ...makes my heart sing to hear and see someone, who is soo deep into growth and helping others at the same time. 🙂 (Hope my English say it right.😁)
Thanks Kenny for your great mind opening vids! ❤️ Question: can you build self-love / self-confidence when you’re 30 years old!? Or is it too late….!? Please be honest. Thanks again 😊❤️
Oh my gosh, of course. Even if we’re 100 years old it’s never too late. We all have what it’s called neuroplasticity which means our brain can change and pick up new skills and tools at any age. Self-love and self confidence are skills and tools. It just requires a choice to develop those skills and tools.😁
As nice as all of this sounds; it is equally delusional to believe that you are worthy of love be it from yourself or others if the social/sexual marketplace does not agree. We live in a capitalist society, both economically and socially, and as much as we may want to believe that every product and person has value, unless the market decides that there’s value in a person or product then it/you have no value. My ex told me, as the last thing she ever said to me, I thought you made more; now I understand that I could be the richest man on the planet and I still wouldn’t be enough. I know that I’m not enough. There’s no fixing that.
The content on this channel is admittedly intriguing, but I’m struggling to reconcile some of it with my faith. Do you know of any Christian literature on these topics that you would recommend?
If you could be a little bit more specific as to what it is you’re looking for, (the exact aspects) I’d be happy to point you in the right direction if I can?
@@kennyweiss Two of the main things I've seen here that I can't yet reconcile relate to proper love and the idea of "authenticity." Below are a few of my thoughts in response to some of the content on this channel (I don’t spell out the Divine Name. That’s why any reference to “G-d” will look like a typo. Also, any reference to "Father" would mean G-d the Father): - Christ was fully G-d and fully human. As Christ was fully human, he was the fullest (perfect) expression of what it means to be human. Therefore, to become more like Christ is to more fully live into your humanity. Becoming more like Christ calls us to love like Christ. He came to serve. Christlike love gives itself away, freely. Perfect love gives itself away. At the Last Supper, even the person Jesus knew would betray him had a seat at the table. Even the person who would deny him had a seat at the table. Christ’s compassion “suffers with.” It makes itself near to the broken. Christlike love makes others’ burdens its own. - We are called to surrender everything at the foot of the Cross, including our desires. We are called to surrender to the will of the Father, just like Christ yielded to the will of the Father. -In it’s authenticity, all of Creation exists to magnify G-d. In our native-most authenticity, our definitive created purpose is communion with the Trinity. Claiming that authenticity will make a claim on you. It will shape you. Surrendering to that claim yields freedom. Continually surrendering to that claim delivers you into your truest authenticity.
@@marymargaret1750 Thank you for clarifying. Yes that would be difficult to reconcile because we all have different definitions. Your version of authenticity and Proper love are unique to you because they are based on our childhood and the beliefs and values our parents placed into us along with the culture and society we were raised in. The best suggestion I can offer is that you honor your own morals and values and beliefs! Unless, your life story shows that those morals and values and beliefs system have created too much pain in your life? If so, then they might be worth challenging and reconsidering? On the other hand, if you’re satisfied with your life outcome then it sounds like you’re satisfied with your morals and values and beliefs. Only you can make those determinations and decisions!
The word says, to love God and others as yourself. I have found that we can't love others until we have walked through the process of Loving ourselves authenticity first. Christians aren't taught to love themselves first, then we can give that love to others. We love ourselves first by not seeking love and validation from others, but from God and ourselves first. We can't give what we don't have within ourselves first. #loveyourselffirst
@@kimortegastrongwarriorbrid5334 Thank you for sharing! I’m glad you saw my comment so we can have a little bit of conversation! I agree. We can’t love our neighbors well if we don’t love ourselves. So, yes, we are called to love ourselves. I think there is surrender in loving ourselves. There is surrender in embracing the Truth that we were deliberately knit together in our mothers’ wombs. That we are part of G-d’s very good Creation. That G-d made us more than worthy of His love. There is nothing we can do to earn it. There is nothing we can do to erase that worth. That we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that is enough. We are already made to receive that love. When we receive that love, in surrender, we can love ourselves. That is our authenticity. I just disagree that our authenticity lies within our own power. In my own experience, pursuing that just doesn’t bear fruit. G-d is big enough for our pain. Hallelujah. G-d is big enough for our questions. Hallelujah. The more I challenge and reconsider, the more I am shown empty wells that remind me of the fullness of life found by drinking deeply of the Living Water. Also, something has struck me that I’d like to hear your thoughts on: The Word calls us to “love your neighbor as yourself.” It does not say “love your neighbor after yourself.” I don’t think the two necessarily need to be chronologically separable. Also, the love we are called to give away isn’t of our own production. That love comes from Christ, in whom there is no scarcity of love. Hallelujah
This emotion is a living hell that I would never wish upon my worst enemy.
Yes man... Same feelings
I hear and feel you. I wish both of us healing ❤
Exactly
Shame is the worst when a parent is doing the shaming.
You're a better person than I am. I would actually wish this on my worst enemy because they are how I got this way. And they are remorseless.
