I love these paints you really don't know what you will get color wise. So it's like a surprise in the end when it dries. Very beautiful subtle painting.
Oh what a pretty Bloom Flower with that so delicate touch. I just love those pearl paint they work like magic ( I call them my magic paints 😁) Love it 🥰🥰
OMG I've just discovered you. Love your work and how you present it so calmly ! Yep you're so Zen 😉 Hi from Quebec Canada. I'm watching you 😉. Thanks so much for your great ideas !
So gorgeous, Mark! I love these colours, and working with them is always so much fun! I've been meaning to do a composition like this for quite a while. I know what I will be painting today now!😄 I love watching you paint, it's always so relaxing. Thanks also for the inspiration! 😃💜🐨🙋♀️🥰🤸♀️
😮😮😮 love it along with all your other pearlescent paint thanks. I have a 2-foot by 3-foot already painted black. And two more paint it black I have mine pearlescent paints . They are Awesome. ❤❤❤❤
@@MarkJRatcliffeArt I didn’t realise Amsterdam did the pearl, I’ve seen Kanella use Arteza pearl, where do you get your Amsterdam paints Mark? I just got a lovely big delivery of canvases today, so excited to get working on them 👏👏👏
So beautiful Mark. I love the pearlescent colors and how they blend and reveal themselves. Looks to me like you created a masterpiece. I have them but haven’t tried them yet…. 🙏
Very nice! I have bought some but haven't tried them yet. I haven't quite gotten to letting go of not seeing the color. I think a swipe would be great😁
Love the pearl paints and love how this bloom turned out for you, Mark. I would like to suggest trying either a ring pour or straight pour with the pearls. I've done both and they turned out fantastic.
Wow Mark, this was so interesting to watch. The dried version is absolutely stunning, but I also liked the black and white look. 🖒💖 How about doing a travelling open cup with these colours, maybe on a Prussian blue base?
Love this Mark! I love all your videos!! I did have a question though! While watching this video I spotted a painting in the wall behind you and I wondered which video it was in. It’s the painting in the middle that’s hanging vertically. It looks like Pearl paints were used but I could not find it in your playlist!! Keep up the good work!!
Hey Margo- thank you so much! I think this is the video you’re looking for: Shooting Star - Space Vibe - Travelling Open Cup Pour - Acrylic Pouring Fluid Art ruclips.net/video/XPCoU6ACXgo/видео.html xx
Love the beautiful Dutch pedal bloom Mark. So beautiful. I made my first pour art based on Planet Earth. Used blue and green color and the outcome was perfect.💙💚 I posted my first pour art on my RUclips channel.
This is gorgeous. I have a set of Amsterdam pearlescent but cannot find metallic graphite. What brand did you use for that? I only see regular graphite in Amsterdam paints.
Mark I watch this video and yes it turned out gorgeous. I measure in fluid ounces could you be so kind to help me out here how many ounces of the graphite paint did you use for this 20 by 20 to how many ounces of water? I would appreciate it more than you'll ever know I ended up scraping mine wasting paint. I can only measure in fluid ounces because my scales are messed up and I ordered a another one but I don't know what the deal is with Amazon but it's taking them forever to even take my payment or ship it out. Thank you in advance and God bless❤
Hey Lisa - I don’t measure in ounces I’m afraid as I mix up batch’s of paint so don’t measure in ounces. If you’re using just water I’d go with a 1:1 ratio or 1:3 if you want to use a pouring medium and have a thicker technique. I mix all my paints in batches so don’t measure by ounces sorry 💜
I went and picked up some more iridescent graphite because I love that background and my skills should be here any day since my other ones gave out on me and I will go by milliliters I just thought it seemed way too watery, but you're the expert I'm going to take your advice to heart and hope the 12 oz of paint is going to be enough for the 20 by 20 blow out with the pearlescent paints thank you.❤❤❤❤
Mark I think that turned out awesome. I have a little bit of pearlescent paint still mixed up I don't know if I have enough for that size I don't really want to open new bottles and have them sitting but I was going to ask you on regardless what you're doing you always use the one to one ratio is that correct? Thank you in advance😮😮❤❤❤
Mark according to my chart I have for 20 by 20 it's 14 oz that doesn't include the edges so if I'm doing fluid oz add a one-to-one ratio for a Dutch blowout my tubes are 4 oz so that would be 4 oz of paint to 4 oz of water correct and then of course I would have to double that. So that would be 8 oz of paint to 8 oz of water correct? Please and thank you. And as I watch you paint I look back on your walls and see if there's any pieces I may have missed so I can go back and watch them. As they all turn out so stunning. Please and thank you for your help. Have a blessed day.❤❤❤❤😮😮😮
@@lisadumas6422 perfect, yes - but add in your water slowly, and make sure you don’t do it all at once as it will be harder to bind. I always work on the 1:1 ratio for Dutch pours xx
Soo stunning! I love it Mark! Those paints are just simply magical! It is always so exciting to see it after it has dried and they reveal their magic from within. I have been actually wanting to do a ring pour with the pearls from AMST. Idk why I haven't yet. Have you done 1? If not, maybe you should try it out next? OR swipes look fab with these pearl paints as well. You just can't go wrong with them! LOL. Or do some puddles and your marble technique? Whatever you heart desires, my friend!;) I know it will turn out beautiful just like this 1 did. I love how you do your blowouts. So gorgeous.
