East Columbia Library Park gets upgraded after 10 years

East Columbia Library Park is getting upgraded.
Howard County Executive Calvin Ball cut the ribbon for the new design today.
The revamping comes as a result of the needs and wants of the surrounding community
changing since its opening ten years ago.
The hope is that the changes made will make the park more inclusive.
