I briefly looked up stuff about this movie and apparently there was a scene filmed where the dude friend thought he was mugging him and it was taken out because the people making the film thought it seemed racist… imagine that
If you can check out the movie True Identity a comedy from 1991 in which a black man witnesses a mob hit and must now hide himself disguised as a white man, the trailer looked funny as hell but the movie itself wears out quickly if the premise sounds familiar that's because Eddie Murphy did an SNL skit like this back in 1984.
Such a hilarious vid. When you guys mentioned J. Trudeau I nearly spit out my coffee. Worst blackface of all time and he didn't take pills to obtain it!

Manny Muskets brings up the first mention of Cum Town, solid. If you’re looking for a 90s movie that pulls a hard R out of nowhere, Under Siege 2: Dark Territory is the one for you.
There are two tv shows with the same title as this movie and both shows are about a priest and are both sitcoms, one is with Dan Aykroyd and the other is with Cederick the Entertainer.

Soul Man still holds up. It was controversial when it came out and it’s still controversial today.
