I took the test last month and got 330.
My experience was different from what you shared in your videos. My vocabulary section 2 had really weird, new vocabulary. And even though I was overprepared in vocabulary, I found a lot of completely new words that weren't from any list I've seen (Magoosh, GregMat, yours).
My quant was also extremely heavy on data analytics and trigonometry, though the data analytics questions were straightforward.
Yes i too feel GRE is experimenting a lot. Or maybe this is the new GRE. Unpredictable

Mate u might have thought they were trigonometry questions, They weren't in reality, no trigonometry is there in GRE syllabus and be prepared for few new vocab words, ETS won't give u freebies randomly

Really appreciate you dissecting the scores of both students. I'm appalled that if GRE is not standardized, what's even the hype for? Our degrees and GPA should suffice. The test costs PKR 65000! It's totally unacceptable if they can't develop a standardized test pattern. it's a humble suggestion to please share your findings with the ETS so that this could be addressed.

Hey! So the word list is a bit outdated now. Will share the updated one today. For verbal there are no good questions other than the official guide and power prep plus mocks ones

Has the student 1 taken the GRE before using the same MYGRE account, which may result in a higher difficulty level for both the Quantitative and Verbal sections? What I mean is, is there any relation between consecutive exams taken using the same MYGRE account? Thanks.

sir what is analogy between difficulty level of magoosh questions and the gre test official questions? magoosh medium questions can be put in the bracket of difficulty level 3 and hard questions and very hard questions can be put in the bracket 4 and 5 respectively? and how accurate are the magoosh questions ?
Magoosh is not at par with ets official questions. Only a handful of magoosh questions do a good job in quant and their verbal questions are totally worthless
Hi Omer, do you have any idea about TTP (Target Test Preparation GRE Course). Is it better than magoosh or anything else. They are the market leaders in GMAT preparation but not sure about GRE.
Hi Tayyab, I have seen their GRE quant only and find it to be very similar to GMAT quant and not very realistic of GRE quant. For verbal, I can't say much since haven't reviewed their verbal.

i gave the old gre in september 2023. Scored Q-165. should i expect to get 165 on the new gre with the same prep or practice harder questions to maintain the score. this is coming from mixed opinions of test takers over the new gre's difficulty.
Its the same level mostly. So you would be scoring around the same level

Sir, in first section for verbal for shorter passage which consisted of two question , can you please exactly tell what kind of question they are, like Inference and primary purpose or Critical reason question ?
There were all types of questions but the critical reasoning one i got only in section 2
