@@RabbitWatchShop, that’s way exaggerated. The IWC Big Pilot was inspired by the “B-Uhr”Observation watches used by the Luftwaffe during WWII. Those watches were actually far larger. However, the B-Uhr wasn’t something commonly worn by anyone. They were made in very small numbers and they weren’t worn by the pilot. They were worn by the navigator in German bombers. The pilots on those planes wore chronographs probably around 38-39mm and even those would have been considered large for their time. If you look at IWC’s Mark series, those are a bit more in line though still large. The RAF’s W10 is an example of a watch that’s probably around 33mm depending on how you measure it and was used by the RAF from the mid sixties to about the early eighties. There’s no real precedent or need for such large watches for aviators especially these days.
The G has become the best idiot indicator car in the world. 95% only morons driving this car. Good that IWC has produced a watch that is absolutely similar.
I thought IWC was big on sustainability, but then I see this collaboration involving a gas guzzler and I'm not so sure anymore. I wish watch brands stopped associating watches with cars.
If it is going to be an AMG collaboration then the back should have had the Affalterbach AMG logo not the Mercedes insignia. They completely whiffed on that
これセンスよし!ですね。カラーのコントラストに加えて、ゴールドのイヤラシさがなく上品さを醸し出している。さらに身に付ける場所を選ばない雰囲気もある。個人的にも欲しい逸品です。
That is a real looker, love the gold
really like IWC Pilot watches but I am never drawn to co-branded versions of any watch to be honest, I always prefer own brand models.
Muy hermoso el reloj el color la forma todo es bonito
46mm !! IWC stuck in stone age
Just like G Klass clients. So it all makes sense.
It is too large but tbf pilot watches are supposed to be extra large for legibility
@@RabbitWatchShop sure, sure, presumably this new G-Klass flies, as well.
And not everyone has 16mm wrists.

You guys shouldn't encourage this kind of thing.

Their big sellers are their pilot watches. Planes use fuel. IWC has a rich history with planes and cars. Maybe IWC isn't the brand for you.
