That black ceramic Omega is an amazing piece. It's definitely my favorite in your collection. But that is simply based on looks, I know nothing about watches. I do still enjoy the content though and congrats on the great timepieces.
Great collection. I’m wearing a citizen chronograph that my parents got me a few years back. 3 great watches in a month was mind blowing to me. Makes me wonder about your craziest knife month
Nice watches!!! I just finished making mine on Saturday!!! Awesome collection…I got that same feeling with my 2 lbs invicta…I don’t really own any high end watches, yet😂!!!
I recommend wearing the watch band a bit higher than the wrist knuckle. it looks better and also watch case wouldn't hit the back of your hand when you move your hand around.
I dont track what i wear. But when my Breitling gets back from service in 4 to 6 weeks, i can tell you sure as anything, its not leaving my wrist for a long time
Nice watches. I really like the snoopy. I don't own a watch. The last one i had was a fossil that i thought was super nice at the time. That was probably 18 years ago. I might have had a swiss army watch at some point as well. I might invest in one eventually but i don't know if i care what time it is. Lol. Thanks for sharing. It's cool to see something different.
@DirkWerning don't get me wrong, I'd love to own a really nice watch. But I can barely afford the junk knives I buy to support my knife collecting hobby. I think you'd laugh at my collection. If i collected watches they'd be the laughing stock of the watch world. Lol. If have to buy clones just to experience anything of value. Kinda like my knife experiences.....I hate life. Lol.
I don’t track how often I wear each watch but I definitely go through phases- wearing one consistently for a bit and then switching to another. To be honest though, the most functional setup for me lately has been wearing my Apple Watch at work (I know, blasphemous 😂) since I spend a lot of time building in a shop and having so many functions hands free is useful. Then after work and weekends, I switch it up to a proper watch. Lately I’ve been gravitating towards my Grand Seiko SBGN027 and it’s been such a perfect grab and go/GADA watch. Crazy accuracy from the 9F movement and just such a nicely finished watch
Sweet collection. I can't afford my knife collection I really can't afford to get into watches, but I really want to. I've decided to pick up a Christopher Ward to dip my toe into the into Swiss made automatic pool. I really hope it doesn't turn into something. Lol
Knives, watches 🤔 I remember the Top you showed some weeks back that someone gave as a gift. Do you have any other trinkets or fidgets that you collect?
@DirkWerning Hey Dirk, I'm not a watch collector, but I have a tag heuer formula 1 I got from an ex. Is that worth keeping or selling? I'd rather have a knife than a watch. Thanks
Really cool collection. Love those omegas. I don’t track what I wear, but change pretty frequently. I was wearing my seiko samurai the last few days and just swapped it for my Gshock square bc i have to go into the hood today for work 😂
You're still a bad ass in my book. Awesome collection, Dirk I was thinking about doing state of the collection
