    Thank you! That extra 3" is enough to roll a T-56 transmission on a jack with a sikky shifter under a MKIV Supra. :P No more double stacking pinch weld blocks lol

    I nearly pulled the trigger just before the release of this video. Is there an anticipated time frame for release, or just the standard sign up for more information ad. I signed up for more info and haven't received anything yet. Are these still on R&D, or are they in the production phase?

    Can we get a longer extension for the SLX series? Lots of us in the Porsche/VW/Audi world who need another 6” or so for the Cayenne, Touareg, Q7. The EXT doesn’t cut it.

    • @quickjackusa
      @quickjackusa  3 года назад

      The best way to accommodate longer vehicles is with the BL-6000XLT frames, linked here: www.quickjack.com/car-lifts/bl-6000xlt/ These frames offer an additional 10" of length over the EXT models bringing the max lift point spread to 76".

      @@quickjackusa thanks for the reply, and yes i realize that but the 6000 also doesn’t fit under most all sports cars, which most Porsche/Audi owners also have. A set of compatible extensions would be much more ideal than another set of jacks.

    Now that there is a new design with a little more height did you guys take the opportunity to move the lock ridge back just a bit so that the locks can be automatically released using the remote when on the top most locking position?
    i.e. on the current design the automatic unlock feature using the remote only works on the low locking point. On the upper locking point the lock brace bar can not move far enough to get the cam over the locking ridge to automatically unlock like it does on the low locking point.
    Yes you lose a small bit of height to move the locking ridge back a little but it would add the ability to automatically unlock the locks on the top most position using the remote. (which can't be done on the existing models)
    My question is does the new design allow the automatic unlock using the remote to work on all the locking points?
    If not, IMO, you guys really missed out on a big feature capability.

      I prefer more high than "automatic unlock". It's not hard to move a bar with your hand.

    A great product idea but still nowhere near enough lift height. Once you add a garage creeper, room becomes tight especially if you are a big guy. Too many people trying to modify the lift height with blocks, jack stands etc. Why not just build a high lift version?
    If this was addressed I’d purchase one, but right now, it doesn’t offer much incentive above my old fashioned high lift axle stands.

    Only 3”. We couldn’t get at least another 6”. Not enough to spend on upgrading. Great product but not if you already own one.

      Thanks for the feedback! Three inches was the maximum we could squeeze out of the frames without having to extend the overall frame length, which would've been a problem for the majority of users. From our initial case studies, the three extra inches really makes a big difference in capability and usability.

      I love my quickjack. For me it’s not worth buying another unit for the 3” that’s all. Great product though
