It's very clear why Iron Man Baradwaj is still relevant 20 years down the lines. Crisp statements, tremendous clarity of thought ... And what a beautiful way of describing the art of reviewing: being subjective with objectivity! One of the most engaging conversations on this channel, hands down. Also, yes the Vidhu Vinod Chopra interview is indeed one of the best Baradwaj Rangan interviews of recent times!
1:16:31 this interview itself is a wonderful example of how interviews can be like a mental tennis match... Great serve and volley between the host and guest; fantastic questions and of course BRangan simply kills it with his eloquence every time!
Wonderful conversation/interview to catch up on again for a few times. The interviewer has a decent cinema knowledge which led to an engaging questionnaire❤ and Baddy sir was so expressive which is a grateful thing to see❤😊
Please avoid saying this thing and this one --when you cannot find the right word. If you only slow down a bit while speaking, you will find the right word. Please play back your own statements in the interview and you will realise the truth of what I am saying.
BR you are still biased towards Mani Ratnam…Mani movies resonate to the elite for sure not the ordinary..it’s not about his craft as he is great at it but some of his stories are over the top - Kaatru Veliyidai, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, PS-1. He doesn’t have to make all movies right. Definitely Mani has less boring movies compared to other directors. I like him but really dislike those 3 movies 😊
I had a nice time watching this Interview :)
Wow .. another wonderful episode and it’s interesting how blogs and bloggers have evolved . Wonderful listening
Thank you so much Lakshmi

Now I'm so curious to know which interview/s Baddy was talking about at 1:24:30
he is referring to talking to mani ratnam while writing his book on mani sir. the interviews are in the book and not as a video
Definitely the one with Sanjay leela bhansali.. may be Sanjay was not in the mood.
