There are SO many deep cuts to classic film in Archer that its hard to follow...but if you watched a lot of movies...they're there...and you just mentioned one of them : Fantastic Voyage. At the end of the day...Archer has always been Adam Reed (the chief creative/writer...voice of Ray) making an homage to all the movies he's ever loved or at least enjoyed. It was BUILT to be a medium where he could reference films and TV of yesteryear and have a freer hand in making deep cut references.
