One of Aksel's stellar performances, imo. Every time I hear a female soprano sing this, I compare it to this delicate, gorgeous rendition. After all, these baroque songs were written for the treble voice, and Aksel did them proud! It was something to witness his voice developing from age 11 to age 14 (from existing videos). But, of course, that had to end. And, of course, his baritone is taking off in the same way...but doesn't have to end in the same way!
Btw, the camera was focusing on Norwegian, Swedish and Dutch royalty. I have no idea if any of them ever performed in Eurovision. :D
Of course, the lifespan of a treble is so short. 8 to 14 years. But as a baritone he can grow and grow for decades.
