R=Np X Nm/Nc X Ns/Nf
Where:
R=Gear Ratio
Np=Number of teeth on the pinion gear (drive gear on the motor shaft)
Nm= Number of teeth on the driven gear (connected to the pinion)
Nc= Number of teeth on the crankshaft gear (connected to the cutting mechanism)
Ns = Number of strokes per minute (desired cutting speed)
Nf= Frequency of the machine (cycles per minute)
Explanation:
Np x Nm is the gear ratio between the motor shaft and the driven gear.
Nc is the gear ratio between the driven gear and the crankshaft gear.
Ns is the desired cutting speed in strokes per minute.

Agar automatic PRC hai to
Aap usme advance set kariye
Jo bhai aap ke change part me hai..
Or uske accordingly foil ko check karo ki foil ka artwork sahi bana h ya nahi.
Agar same is type ka PRC hai to set sahi se Kariye output unit sahi se kaam nahi kar rahi hogi.

if your foil alignment one side tight and one side loose than lining will be appear on blister
