I don't think he should face charges... he used his assets in a way that is very open and transparent...morally dubious (100%) this is something u as a crv holder should of and could have been aware of. Does it suck for the other protocols that are holding bad debt....yes, but shouldn't they also have limits in place to isolate this type of over extending of debt.
