I used to stay at Airbnb a lot, not anymore. I found the reviews are too reserve and not telling the truth because the renters are afraid getting bad reviews from the hosts. Too much dos’s and don’t’s and clean up. Also security is a concern. Now i just check in the hotel, got daily room service and amenities, check out when I’m done.
I stayed once in boston, it was weird to be in a small apartment building on residential street where everyone is a long term tenant. Felt like not supposd to be there. Also the apartment was not clean up to hotel standard. It was weird to use someone else fridge w/their stuff in it and see all their personal things in the apt. This was in the earlier days, 2016 maybe. Now u can rent spaces taht are strictly for air bnbs

This is his 2nd day of stay. I received a message from Airbnb and it says they are not supporting this reservation anymore and cancelled, without giving a reason. I am at home , you are at home , our families at home , Where are you Brian ? where is Airbnb ? Are you busy with making another dramatic video that how you care about others health ?
Suggestion to Airbnb : a plan of the places instead some stupid vases and flowers floating deco things . How about inserting a simple tool to create a plan ????!
It would be nice if Airbnb would align with all the major tourisms actors and remove their fees if the trip is cancelled. It is definitely quite unfair to keep the money of a deal that just couldn't go through. So far, Airbnb is not moving anywhere near such a measure. Is money the only thing they understand? My policy in life is hotels for short term and Airbnb for long term (mainly to cook).
