If this was the original, in my opinion, i think it would have been JK'S 2nd #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. I grew up listening to this 90s type of music. This is the music people in my generation miss dearly.

Possible next week will enter #1 at bb US digital world chart if that happens it's JK 6th #1.
Possible that 3d will bounce back or return to UK Chart and bb hot 100 chart due to possible increase or will boost the FM radio air time play. This element or factor is lower to any JK's songs causing difficult to spend more weeks in the bb hot 100 chart ..

I heard they actually recorded this remix a while ago and the powers that be said they were so busy they just didn't release it then and were getting ready for Standing Next To You and were preparing for the video. I really wish THIS was the release and to have these two in a video together would have been EPIC!!! I think HYBE missed a GOLDEN opportunity.

Amen. For those who liked the Jack Harlow verse, that's your jam and your prerogative. For me, I say Jack Harlow, who? This version is proof you can spit bars with a clever, classy flow about wanting to connect with someone's soul. JK and JT have complimentary styles and tones, and yes, I agree this should have been the track from jump. If only there were a way to get a dance video of the two of them together before enlistment happens.

I never played the audio of 3D with Jack after watching the MV. I instead only listen to the alternative version of it which is way better

If Jk collabs with JT in the original song, antis and haters would accuse the success of the song is because of JT. It's better this way. But the next chance they can collaborate on a different song, since JK has already proven his success does not depend on his collab partner.

They sounded similar, but you went overboard in talking about Jung Kook paying homage to Timberlake or that Justin outdid Jung Kook here. Jung Kook has his own take here. He did not need Timberlake to chart this, except maybe for radio play due to Timberlake's name. Talent-wise JK can hold his own

Because Jack Harlow was chosen by Jungkook and you can’t do anything about it. It’s his choice. Both songs are still good on their own.
I totally love this collab! Their voices are amazingly alike and mesh so well together! It gave me goosebumps! Now, don't get me wrong, I like the JK/JH's version as well, but, yes, I too agree that this version (JK/JT) should have been the original -- however, there is always a method to HYBE's "madness" nothing is done without proper thought and consideration. I bet there is more down the pike, due to come out while JK is in the military, or on the brink of entering. No matter what, I'm here for all of it! 💜💜💜

Why wasn't this the original song? 'Cos it would've been TOO MUCH... yes, pun very much intended! I was so shocked when this dropped. I couldn't listen to it right away, 'cos I was busy at work when I glimpsed it somewhere on my phone. But after work, when I finally got my first listen, it was eargasms all around and everywhere! It felt soooo good that I had to repeat the song at least 4 or 5 times, before I finally calmed down. My bad, so I did SOME looping. Sorry, but not sorry, I just HAD to. I was such a big fan when Justin released his first solo album "Justified" with songs like Senorita, Like I Love You, Let's Take A Ride, Rock Your Body, Cry Me A River... that was back in 2002... it's been 21 years since then, and JT's still got it, just incredible to hear him and JK go at it together... they are both dance kings, and vocal kings, and they can both spit bars, and their vocal ad libs together... like I said eargasms! The next thing I'm manifesting is a live onstage performance together of this song, and a choreo-only music video of the same... although, can JT still dance?? Well, I'm throwing out the challenge right here to JT to dance with JK.

I feel like SO many of us agree that this should have been the original release! This is honestly much better to me than the JH version. I don't dislike JH but I feel style wise and lyric wise this JT version suits the song itself way better... Plus that would have been an amazing MV~

I hate that HYBE didn't promote this version and the USHER remix that's coming this Friday! Can you believe it? JK got 2 of the biggest male pop stars to be on his song and they treated it as an afterthought or a B-side. It's so upsetting and disappointing that JK's solo career has now been cut short thanks to the military enlistment as well. HYBE missed such a great opportunity to promote the 2 remixes. It's not everyday that Justin Timberlake or Usher performs with another artist like JK. I'm hoping Justin and JK actually met in person, danced, and performed this song together, and they are preparing to release this footage before JK goes off to the military next year. SMH

I feel like this idea came later, maybe after JT heard it and heard the comparisons people were making. I don’t think the backlash and criticism to Jack’s verse was anticipated, it was just supposed to be a way to introduce JK to another audience, and it didn’t go so smoothly, at least for Jack. This remix is definitely the perfect collab, and is helping to extend the success of the song. This is actually a smart move: there’s three different versions of 3D, and they all appeal to different audiences. That’s good business…
