    First time I saw explosive dips, I must try later. Additonally you can try next time pass this long monkeybar few times, it is great exercise for whole upper body.

    great video but when pulling the bands down try to pull it down and lift your leg up at the same time and then push it down the rest of the way with your feet

      @chocobean_ Thank you. That's one area I really struggled with whilst making this as seen whilst the credits were rolling as I never use bands. Appreciate the feedback 🙏🏽

    Im a beginner and not very flexible at all...
    What exercises/stretches would you recommend i do if i wanted to do, say... an L-sit?

    • @larmfitness
      @larmfitness  5 дней назад +1

      @@88ST3V307 To better flexibility Yoga and stretching prior to and post workout. For L-Sits you want a strong core aswell as flexibility in your hamstrings.
      Movements like Crunches, knee tucks will help.
      For Hamstring stretches Sweeps and band or towel stretches where you pull your leg towards your head.

      @larmfitness Legend, thank you!
      I was actually contemplating taking a few pilates classes.
      I'm a straight dude 😆 but, do you think it would help better than yoga?

      @88ST3V307 Yoga would be better for you if you wanted to get better Flexibility. Pirates is the way to go if you want to strengthen your core and improve overall body control.
