Use a Helper Column by combining your unique value with other data. Then use it in Index match formula.

nice concept dude. While running the video u ask one question.. what is meaning of #### this error...ii want share wat i know..Genereally this display two concepts such as, that particular cell does not fit value(i.e, if the value was too large) during that time we expand particular cell we get solutions.second one is if we give wrong format like one cell contains under date format means we insert negative value or any wrong data means during that time we face this issue.. finally it is my predication i donwt know wheather this one right or wrong but i want to say what it means we lock T3 cell at the same time we drag formula to all columns t3 is fixed reference . we delted t3 cell values (emp id) so all coulms value depends in t3 cell so it reflects ### error to all coulms at same time dude am i rit?
