    I just tried it and what I did was open the design I wanted to use in Canva (or whatever you use) and increased the saturation and vibrance of the colours and it worked! The colours were not at all washed out.

    I just purchased some locally in South Africa and instructions are to spray a coat lightly (the lady actually showed me by spritzing it in the air like two times) and let dry well. Put picture on and once done give another light coat and let dry again. I have done my first coating and tomorrow will do the sublimation part. Hold thumbs🙏

    I used this on a shirt about 4 months ago and the design looked good but it does fade wash after wash. But if you are only doing it for a shirt you will only wear a few times each year I think this is great!!

      YOu have to spray two or three times then a 4th time after the printing. it ends up being about 3$ a shirt expensive,

    I use similar sprays. Shaking is a must, I use a little more spray & use a roller to get the spray into the fabric instead of it sitting on top of the fabric.

      i use the roller technique also, make sure every fabric of the shirt is coated, let it dry then spray a second time it after the print dries again from the reverse side.

    I have used this and it does work, but I recommend on something that doesn't get washed as often. like maybe a canvas totebag.
    It will fade alot over time, but still good if you are just making some quick shirts that will only be worn a couple times 😉

    I was checking this out on Amazon. There are some good reviews but there are some that say it washed right out, also some that say its not meant for darker colors. Have you washed anything and is it holding up. What is your opinion on this since its been a couple of months. I value your opinion.

    • @DesignBundles
      @DesignBundles  2 года назад

      Judy the shirts I did held up great I lost a little color on one in the wash. It’s definitely a learning curve of how much to spray. You want to stick with light colors and my only complaint was it did clog quickly we used it live awhile back and I struggled to get it to spray

  • @louisd95714
    @louisd95714 2 года назад +1

    Unless my eyes are deceiving me, it appears you have a larger heat press on your counter. May I ask why you used the Cricut instead? Chances are the larger heat press would apply the heat more evenly.

      @@DesignBundles I see now, makes a lot of sense. I am new to this, so this is why I wanted to know. I was thinking that maybe using less heat would be better. Besides, that heat press you have in the back can be a bit heavy to lift. :)
