I know Amazon doesn’t always share the buy box so it’d be hard to get sales when they always have buy box
You would have to check keepa to see if Amazon is ever out of stock for the item and a good consideration is how long they are typically out of stock

I noticed that in your screen shots on the amazon app that you dont have the shipping estimate in there. How do you factor for that? Do you just leave it off and just gauge your profits without the shipping cost? Im struggling to understand the estimated shipping.

I mean some products when you sell in amazon and the seller complains and you get a letter from a lawyer and the like. And I mean when in seller central Amazon allows you to sell a product, and you can attach the product directly in Amazon or is there still things to see? I will be very happy about an explanation

Yes the customer send me a message about the listing show as 3 units and my seller board show 1unit
I didn’t realize you could bundle yourself. Since packaging is different than what is displayed. I mean I get that the customer is still getting two of the exact same item but it’s not bundled in the pretty manufacturer packaging. And that’s ok?

The toner that comes with it is enough to start but I always have one backup on hand as well

Question Nikki! I’m in the process of getting my seller account approved. I was wondering if I would be able to sell items I’ve gotten from couponing? It’s a lot of name products. You’ve mentioned that as long as you provide a receipt you should be good to go right? I do still have so many of those receipts.
If it’s grocery, you’ll likely be gated. Receipts don’t cut it anymore and you’ll need invoices from a distributor in order to get ungated.

Yes! Everything that isnt like jugs of juice and perishable (cold) items :)

(For each catagory) do you have to get ungated on each brand or will one brand ungate you in the whole category?
One brand can ungate you for the brand and category as a whole but you may still find other brands gated at the brand level within a category

i just wanted to ask is anyone experiencing delays when shipping in products? I sent in some products and they arrived 2 days later at the distribution center (specifically ABE8). However, it's been a week and the shipment still hasn't even checked in . I'm new to this so I want to know if this is normal. This is a problem because amazon is now saying I have a ton of stranded inventory even though it's just sitting there. Thanks
It happens from time to time. Usually during Q4 and it’s more warehouse specific than across the board all warehouses.
@@NikkiKirk Is this usually normal to wait a week or two for inventory to check in sometimes? I'm just worried that something went wrong and amazon is going to punish me for having stranded inventory when I think there is no reason for it. Also just have to say your content is amazing and I hope you explode in growth soon.

Be careful buying food products there. I’ve gotten stuff that tastes stale there, many times. Health and beauty would be a safer category.
what does ungated mean?
It means you are allowed to sell in that particular category.

Huge fan of u I have a question I recently got my seller license approved by Amazon I’ve been watching your videos for a while I ended up buying A couple of victrola Record players and I listed it on Amazon FBa ended up selling two I was pretty happy about it but real quick ended up getting a letter from the brand stating that they want to proof of vendor not sure what to do from here I know you’ve been in the game for a while if you can help me please
How do you deal with inauthentic claims since amazon requires invoices from a distributor to appeal an inauthentic claim?
@Ocean Sky Customers can claim to have received a fake product in order to get the item for free thus prompting Amazon to request an invoice from the manufacturer or distributor from the seller, or Amazon can randomly select one (or three from what I’ve heard) of your SKUs to see if you can provide documentation to prove that you are in fact selling what you say you are.
Failing to provide documentation can result in your account being terminated and your funds being on hold indefinitely.
I haven’t ever had invoice, just my store receipts and it’s worked every time (I’ve only had it happen 3 times in 4 years)
it ticks me off amazon lets anyone be a seller. essentially flooding listings of people going to their local market AFTER they made a sell, buying item retail, and marking it up. Example. $3.50 container of Quaker Oatmeal has sold consistantly for $12 on amazon same size. Wasn't as bad when Amazon Pantry was a thing buying directly from Amazon. But this is stupid, why is this even a thing. When WalMart+ subscription is regularly priced items and still delivered locally.

Why don't you say net income with the actual amount you made rather than profit? In reality, you only really made $180.28 from this trip while making your money back in what you purchased.
This is the part i’m a bit confused about. She spent $700 & anticipates making $180 off it. I’m a new seller and i know shes been selling for years. Is $180 profit considered good?
@@Allthatwethink Well in another video she has "8 Hours, $1900 Profit: Amazon Retail Arbitrage Sourcing in Oregon
", she says she made profit of $1900 but only actually took home $193.57. I thinks it is misleading saying profit because people will think she is making $1900. You also need to consider the monthly apps she pays for to cross reference the items with amazon, and the shipping materials used per shipment.

I would love to do that in the near future. I wonder if shes calculating that this way as well or if its what she will actually net. hi she’s said in past videos, her profit is after she made the original 705 back. so she expectes to make the 705 back + the extra 885 in profit
