@@DenneysYT That I have, there is 2 missions that should give it as 5% chance as a mission reward, but I have run the System Gate: Control Network mission over 150 times.. The other one is in Vespers? and it is Void fragment mission, but I haven't dipped in the Void fragment grind yet.
The reason why I'm hunting the Veteran's Tactics mod is cause it's as potent as MP Collector is for Bunny, for every CD heavy builds.. for example Valby could run Valby surfing all the time.

God roll for your defensive set is Double hp and resistance One of em don't roll hp on sub stats (sensor i think) so you can have whatever + res on it. Farm set is pretty simple.

Valby farm is dropping the Lepic impact reactors. So that is by far the best farm for those.

I didn't know either, but I think it means the type of weapon that enables the 140% buff in the reactors.

you get a damage boost if you are carrying that weapon when you equip any reactors that have that round attribute on them.

No they are all pretty bad because of lower base stat compared to normal ones. You lose A LOT of hp and defense and the set bonus is not worth it

Several errors in stats.. All modules may have HP and def, so this is often a better choice than a shield..
