For the last shown canister, if you shoot the Rai-K blaster part before you dig it up, it will not move so just shoot, then dig it up, and then you can easily grab it without having to search
I've found the easiest way to do the boss fight solo is to run up to the teleporter and shoot the boss from there. Just before the zombies reach you, jump down to the ground and get a few more shots off at him. All the zombies are busy climbing down at that point. Just rinse and repeat. I never got overwhelmed this way as it almost forces the zombies to be coming from only 1 or 2 directions instead of staying at ground level and having them literally coming from every angle.
It’s ok solo or if everyone’s on the same page but it’s HELL with randoms. But I agree it’s super annoying. I think the worst part is having to get them down below like ten percent health. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve either had a brain rot or some other mod occur on that last shot. Been trying to complete this with randoms for three nights now and I’m beyond frustrated with this exact step.

Also, a little secret, those pokéballs will always respawn at that spot and zombies can be sucked in at max health (they actually fixed this and now the zombies health has to be damaged). That means that you can suck in the last zombie and hold it for 3 minutes without chasing you before it breaks out, then, you can just grab another pokéball and trap it again. This allows you to do steps of the Easter egg solo, without having to worry about the last zombie fisting your asshole every five seconds, like aligning the space maschine, or doing the spikey board.
Not trying to be rude but I laugh when you guys say "PokeBall" I thought of it like this... Remember in "Ghost Busters they used that machine to trap "Slimmer an the other ghosts?" What was it called again? lmao :) Thats what this machine is...pokeball really lol :)

I also did what was said an download a picture of a dartboard on my phone! lol pause the game to get the #'s you need an done:) I get it right all the time now its easy lol But ya this could be very useful for other parts hmmm lol :)

Got to say this, thanks for simplifying the easter egg. As most players may be new to the map, it's hard to understand it when other RUclipsrs just zoom through their respective videos like hitting the fast forward button, but you just nail it by explaining each step as thoroughly as you can. Same, it’s frustrating accidentally killing the mimic and having to wait a whole round for it to respawn. Even worse when you’re trying to do the egg in coop with randoms who don’t know any better and kill the mimics

TIP: When doing the mimic step you have to get specific mimics from specific spots on the map (not any random mimic will do) these spots are located at Motorpool area near where you find the blueprints/where the box can spawn Near Jugg could possibly spawn upstairs And in the spawn area in the top room I believe you can only attempt to get one of the mimics per round so if you mess up and kill it you'll have to start the next round in order to look for the next mimic and remember to get his health low to capture him
Every round just run around looking for a mimic to jump scare you, that's the one you need. Just make sure not to get too far from the recording or you won't hear the part that matters and they'll tell you it's wrong even tho it's right.
Thank you for this guide. Last night I made it all the way to the Bossfight but due to my confusion the levels were really high and zombies were harder to take out. Other guys I watched I said the right thing but didn’t always show the particular places I had to go which led to me going higher and higher on the rounds. I’ve watched a bunch of your videos and because of you I’ve become a wonderful zombie player to the point where I can actually make it past around 6 to 14. (This all spans in between months) Yesterday i did the legion boss fight, forsaken boss fight, and valentina boss fight. Today i finished the super easter by completing firebase. I’ve been stuck on this step for an hour + , so it doesn’t matter where I suck em’ up???? Cause I’ve tried the Planning Office one with my mate like 20 times N’ nothing. Every time we went back to the machine our stress levels ROCKETED 📈
@@jdog9420 try looking for items like bows or grenade launchers close to where they spawn if there is still an item close to where it spawns the mimic that spawns there should work
Idk if anyone is still using this but on the mimic step just train zombies in the helipad area until 1 left. When you have 1. The mimic will either spawn outside the armory, commanders office area, or pecks office in spawn. You can get it easy in 3 rounds.
PLEEEAAAAASE think about adding timestamps to your videos, they are awesome and would be the definitive number #1 guide for zombies. Being able to quickly go to that one step you forgot is extremely useful, especially when in-game (which is probably most of the views). In the description or a pinned comment would be best :)
Pro tips: for the mimic memory step do NOT shot the mimic in the head as it will corrupt the memory. Also try to get the raykay from challenges or the bunny side ee, i recommend activating the bunny when you are speaking to ravenov about the truth serum as no zombies will target you.
So for the mimic step, a few things I have been doing as of late that seem to work is: 1 - Someone mentioned you can only San memories of one per round. I’m not sure if this is true or not but I’ve been operating like it is . 2 - If a mimic spawns naturally, kill it. I’m not sure if this was just bad RNG on my part, but at no point did I ever get the right memories from a mimic that didn’t spawn from an item. I mean the video even says they have to spawn from items. But my thinking was “Well, I can’t find these items at times, so what if I just brute force my way through the misc memories and get to the ones I need?” Doesn’t work that way. In short, only capture the ones that spawn from items. Kill the others. My second time doing the Easter egg, I went about 4/5 rounds with these things in mind. And that’s only because I accidentally killed one of the mimics I needed... twice 😅. The first time I did it, it probably took me 8-9 rounds because I was not following the things I put above. And it took a long ass time to boot, I’m guessing because I’d already deposited a naturally spawning mimic, the item mimics would not spawn. So I was running around like a nutsack for a good while. If any of this is incorrect, please let me know. I just wanted to put some things I feel helped me from my first to my second time. If anything’s wrong, I’ll happily edit the post to avoid the spreading of any misinformation. Hope it even slightly helps.
@@reapershadow7764 I was in the same boat the last attempt a day or 2 ago before I completed it just today, lol, where I died somewhere in the 30s rounds due to me having to reactivate a reactor because it got shut down earlier (my weapons were already weak and I died because of it)
This is correct. I was able to beat the EE at like round 15. The mimics aren’t hard. Just stay in the very first area of fire base Z, then once you’re down to the last zombie, run around until you get one to spawn
@@ARBackfire Actually, for me, another thing I observed is the mimic will immediately spawn in one of the three required locations right at the beginning of a round. It’s practically guaranteed. If that mimic gets killed by anyone before the scan, then likely you have to wait until next round.

completed second try solo on round 11. if you have problems w mimics step try to stay in one spot when round starts and get down to a couple zombies before you leave that area to search. also realized you can only get one correct mimic per round as the others arent there after you get one.

Great video! I left a tip on your Die Maschine video and I have another for Firebase Z! I have never seen anyone mention the alternative use for the Essence Trap or "Pokeball"(as you refer to it as) You can use an essence trap on a regular zombie, or potentially any enemy you can capture, therefore giving you a good 3 Min. Without ANY ZOMBIES on map until the Essence Trap expires and blows up! This shall help with various steps or re-supplies throught your survivals and eggs!

this easter egg is really easy except for the rng of trying to get the ray k because god knows treyarch dont want people doing the free ray k easter egg
I havent seen anyone say this anywhere so i wanted to put this in here, at the part just before the boss fight when the game prompts you to press the button for the ocp, you dont have infinite time to prepare for the boss, adter a few minutes you get automatically thrown into the cutscene, so if you want to prepare for the boss fight, do it during the satelite step
I just completed the EE first try! I got a LOT of fortunate RNG like getting the Rai K-84 first legendary challenge, ironically I had an absurdly stupid down after this but I was able to buy another Self Revive. I was able to get through the Mimic step with relative ease although I accidentally unalived the first Mimic. The rest of the steps went smoothly although I didn't watch the video all the way through as I should have and activated the boss fight before I was set up and it was so difficult. Manglers and Mimics swarmed me, I went down twice, using my other Self Revive, then Quick Revive and I got extremely lucky there, just as I was about to be swarmed again I defeat the Orda and when it cut to the cinematic I was initially worried I got downed but the cinematic plated through. I was able to beat it solo by round 16! I don't have fellow players or friends to share this accomplishment with so I hope it meets a warm reception here, thank you for the guide!
I also forgot to mention I started with a max level Bullfrog and fortunately I got a Tier 5 wall buy then applied a custom mod from the Blueprints I own that included the Task Force barrel, it made things significantly easier although I only Pack-A-Punched the Bullfrog and Rai K-84 once each. I had perks including the free Jugger-Nog from staring at the Bunny.

When the hunt was still going my friends and I caught over 100 mimics, this easter egg put so much mental strain on us. Thank God there's a surefire way to do that step now.
@@xPanda25 bruh I watched the video. It's just dumb how their a difference in mimics. I think it should be any mimic but nope you'll have to go a room of mimics that are in standby mode as the special one that you need appears. It's a waste of time to me.
@@sethhardy866 You have never done older maps Easter Eggs then. This is nothing compared to the steps on a lot of those maps. The fact they made it so you have a guarantee on which mimic it is rather than RNG is fantastic for this step, especially for speed runs.
Wow thank u SO much man! Noahs guide sent me completely off! He's telling me that I have to suck the mimics up in specific areas of the map, then he went on to list 3 locations it works at. I am now on round 38 and have 2 confirmed mimics and bcuz of Noah guide I passed at least 13 rounds trying to do that LAsT one in the scientists quarters and to no avail. Played this map for the first time ever today. Got the hang of it real quick. Decided to go for the Easter Egg and finished around round 26-27. Mimics gave me a little trouble like everyone else but I pulled it off without stressing it.

Thank you for this guide. Last night I made it all the way to the Bossfight but due to my confusion the levels were really high and zombies were harder to take out. Other guys I watched I said the right thing but didn’t always show the particular places I had to go which led to me going higher and higher on the rounds. I’ve watched a bunch of your videos and because of you I’ve become a wonderful zombie player to the point where I can actually make it past around 6 to 14. I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but from the bottom of my heart thank you from helping me become a better gamer and I wish you more success in the future to help people like me

@@danielwilson9122 No they really aren’t. Not every EE needs to be Blood of the Dead & Origins. Having easier to do eggs that allow the wider portion of the community to actually do them and see the new story is a good thing.

(This all spans in between months) Yesterday i did the legion boss fight, forsaken boss fight, and valentina boss fight. Today i finished the super easter by completing firebase. I’ve been stuck on this step for an hour + , so it doesn’t matter where I suck em’ up???? Cause I’ve tried the Planning Office one with my mate like 20 times N’ nothing. Every time we went back to the machine our stress levels ROCKETED 📈

Idk if anyone is still using this but on the mimic step just train zombies in the helipad area until 1 left. When you have 1. The mimic will either spawn outside the armory, commanders office area, or pecks office in spawn. You can get it easy in 3 rounds.

PLEEEAAAAASE think about adding timestamps to your videos, they are awesome and would be the definitive number #1 guide for zombies. Being able to quickly go to that one step you forgot is extremely useful, especially when in-game (which is probably most of the views). In the description or a pinned comment would be best :)

I watched you early when you were live figuring out the map yall did a great job. Keep up the great tips and advice. Rock on.
Pro tips: for the mimic memory step do NOT shot the mimic in the head as it will corrupt the memory. Also try to get the raykay from challenges or the bunny side ee, i recommend activating the bunny when you are speaking to ravenov about the truth serum as no zombies will target you.
So for the mimic step, a few things I have been doing as of late that seem to work is:
1 - Someone mentioned you can only San memories of one per round. I’m not sure if this is true or not but I’ve been operating like it is
.
2 - If a mimic spawns naturally, kill it. I’m not sure if this was just bad RNG on my part, but at no point did I ever get the right memories from a mimic that didn’t spawn from an item. I mean the video even says they have to spawn from items. But my thinking was “Well, I can’t find these items at times, so what if I just brute force my way through the misc memories and get to the ones I need?” Doesn’t work that way.
In short, only capture the ones that spawn from items. Kill the others.
My second time doing the Easter egg, I went about 4/5 rounds with these things in mind. And that’s only because I accidentally killed one of the mimics I needed... twice 😅. The first time I did it, it probably took me 8-9 rounds because I was not following the things I put above. And it took a long ass time to boot, I’m guessing because I’d already deposited a naturally spawning mimic, the item mimics would not spawn. So I was running around like a nutsack for a good while.
If any of this is incorrect, please let me know. I just wanted to put some things I feel helped me from my first to my second time. If anything’s wrong, I’ll happily edit the post to avoid the spreading of any misinformation. Hope it even slightly helps.
I started the mimic step on round 8 im on round 32 right now im fucking mad at this game
@@reapershadow7764 I was in the same boat the last attempt a day or 2 ago before I completed it just today, lol, where I died somewhere in the 30s rounds due to me having to reactivate a reactor because it got shut down earlier (my weapons were already weak and I died because of it)
This is correct. I was able to beat the EE at like round 15. The mimics aren’t hard. Just stay in the very first area of fire base Z, then once you’re down to the last zombie, run around until you get one to spawn
@@ARBackfire Actually, for me, another thing I observed is the mimic will immediately spawn in one of the three required locations right at the beginning of a round. It’s practically guaranteed. If that mimic gets killed by anyone before the scan, then likely you have to wait until next round.
@harleyr5439 when you say the "very first area" do you mean Village or the big open Compound bit?
If u hit the boss with a cruise missile it does tons of damage.. about half health
I've it orna or whatever it's name is with the missile it doesn't do much. I use a pack a punched lmg. Seems to work better than the Rai K

completed second try solo on round 11. if you have problems w mimics step try to stay in one spot when round starts and get down to a couple zombies before you leave that area to search. also realized you can only get one correct mimic per round as the others arent there after you get one.

@@T-BUZZ When I did the easter egg there were no guides on RUclips yet because it had only been about an hour after first in the world, I carried 5 ppl through the egg within a few hours, no guide needed

I have never seen anyone mention the alternative use for the Essence Trap or "Pokeball"(as you refer to it as)
You can use an essence trap on a regular zombie, or potentially any enemy you can capture, therefore giving you a good 3 Min. Without ANY ZOMBIES on map until the Essence Trap expires and blows up!
This shall help with various steps or re-supplies throught your survivals and eggs!

I havent seen anyone say this anywhere so i wanted to put this in here, at the part just before the boss fight when the game prompts you to press the button for the ocp, you dont have infinite time to prepare for the boss, adter a few minutes you get automatically thrown into the cutscene, so if you want to prepare for the boss fight, do it during the satelite step

I just completed the EE first try! I got a LOT of fortunate RNG like getting the Rai K-84 first legendary challenge, ironically I had an absurdly stupid down after this but I was able to buy another Self Revive. I was able to get through the Mimic step with relative ease although I accidentally unalived the first Mimic. The rest of the steps went smoothly although I didn't watch the video all the way through as I should have and activated the boss fight before I was set up and it was so difficult. Manglers and Mimics swarmed me, I went down twice, using my other Self Revive, then Quick Revive and I got extremely lucky there, just as I was about to be swarmed again I defeat the Orda and when it cut to the cinematic I was initially worried I got downed but the cinematic plated through. I was able to beat it solo by round 16! I don't have fellow players or friends to share this accomplishment with so I hope it meets a warm reception here, thank you for the guide!
I also forgot to mention I started with a max level Bullfrog and fortunately I got a Tier 5 wall buy then applied a custom mod from the Blueprints I own that included the Task Force barrel, it made things significantly easier although I only Pack-A-Punched the Bullfrog and Rai K-84 once each. I had perks including the free Jugger-Nog from staring at the Bunny.
Congratulations on completing the EE. I literally completed it yesterday and felt so relieved after so many tries with a friend, it was a pain in the ass and now I’m planning to do the maur der totten Easter egg next. Would you like to join and help us ?
When the hunt was still going my friends and I caught over 100 mimics, this easter egg put so much mental strain on us. Thank God there's a surefire way to do that step now.

@@sethhardy866 You have never done older maps Easter Eggs then. This is nothing compared to the steps on a lot of those maps. The fact they made it so you have a guarantee on which mimic it is rather than RNG is fantastic for this step, especially for speed runs.

Wow thank u SO much man! Noahs guide sent me completely off! He's telling me that I have to suck the mimics up in specific areas of the map, then he went on to list 3 locations it works at. I am now on round 38 and have 2 confirmed mimics and bcuz of Noah guide I passed at least 13 rounds trying to do that LAsT one in the scientists quarters and to no avail. Now I see what the problem is...noah has no idea wtf he's talking about. Y make a guide if your information isn't elite? At least I can ALWAYS count on "Mr waffles"😂 that's what I call ya.
