Totally agree. Really depends what you are looking for. Some some people are at that point in ther lives - with kids - businesses - schools where they have a few more years of city living / city life. Some love the city life. For them this is amazing. But yes not for everyone. The key aspect here is that that's why the DR is amazing. Something for everyone. The country is massive and scalable to what you want. It's here.
