Your equity is locked in can't touch it. Unless you want less cashflow. Also it's based off market value. Also with so many rentals with how much debt on each property you have wouldn't it be a better strategy to utilize your cash flow to pay off some of the property's to increase your monthly cash flow and decrease your monthly debt and overhead before continuing down a road of continuous debt and liability depending on markets and percentange occupation of per building especially in this economy

The assets is worth 3 million free and clear equity hasn't been touched for over 35 - 40years. There is a buy out clause in the will if one of us wants out. You’re taking a huge risk by accumulating all these credits and biding on always good market. If God forbid something bad happens to the market tomorrow, you’ll lose everything in no time. I suggest go slow: build, own, sell and move to the next one until you build a bigger portfolio then do rentals.
