20:31 if you belt it into a large storage with a Keep Empty order, I think it would work better because it would let more orders sit on the work queue, so the chance of one being selected is higher. Besides, it means that your trucks can do other things for longer before it becomes a problem
Adding to another comment I made: in a previous episode you mentioned not doing nuclear until you get fast breeder reactors. Unless you’re in a different game version from me, you need to produce nuclear waste in order to get reactor 2s, meaning you do need to make reactor 1s. They’re still useful though; high pressure steam for no air pollution.
