Another Hot one at Cooks

Today, I’m back at the good ole Carp Lake, Cooks Lake here in Gastonia North Carolina. I’m going to be fishing in the stump hole today, one of my favorite spots to fish here. Today is gonna be another hot one for sure, as soon as that sun peaks over, but that’s why I am over here because I’ll have some shade when that sun goes behind those trees. That’s where I started carp fishing back in the day and you could use millet back then as well. Haven’t been since miss cook passed . Have you fished at Armstrong yet that’s where iv been fishing.

No, I haven’t. To be honest I haven’t done much prize fishing and have really enjoyed just doing the fun fishing. I just really enjoy going to Cooks where I feel at home.
