Known a lot or RICH "good ol boys " . Its usually the 2nd, or 3rd generation that start to feel privileged. Or better than people in the service industry's. The GOB's that worked to make the money, give the most respect .
Eventually going to write mine and email them to you. Youd think after 14 years in the fire dept id have lots but sadly they all were mostly from 3 months working at dollar general
I was the Tod, but I left because I did more work, never made more money, and it was not a job I liked, but also I could never get promoted because of the managers.
Well! Now I know. I used to be my offices "Todd", even though I'm short and female. I know they missed me for a while since I got office weather closing notices for over a year after I retired and moved halfway across the country. Evidently they either don't need a "Todd" or they got a new one.
Two questions. One, how did the kid in the last story not throw up from all that food? There is only so much junk food a kid's stomach can take before it revolts. Two, if his mother was there how did she let him eat all that food? Even if she wanted to teach her husband a lesson, why would she want to deal with the aftermath aka a sick kid on a sugar rush?
Is it's just me, or am I the only one living in a country where it's illegal to work more than 12 hours per shift, with at least 11 hours rest between shifts?
Good reading as usual.👍❤️ Last story saw elsewhere, but comment there stuck in my memory, 'just buy the boy a switch with games' obviously getting the 10% service charge LOL 😂
Your one of my favorite reddit readers, you do great! I noticed you keep thanking the viewers and was worried you might stop uploading, please don't! Thank you for uploading every day I appreciate it😀 keep up the good work!
As with many terms in the English language... they can have multiple meanings based on the context of what was said. Not exactly sure where you are going with this... but whatever.
In America, "my company" generally means "the company where I work." Don't know where you're from, but unless your English conforms to the same patterns of usage as it did 200+ years ago, you are also speaking bastardized English.
@@jgw5491 Quite likely - but that's because so many people follow silly trends: history had been a perfectly good, expressive word for ever - then some dingbat culls a "new" word... Even the newscasters here in the UK have started using it! As you say, can't win. Cheers, Les.
That's definitely not a reasonable request. I can name 10 channels that all do reddit. I'm sure there are more. Sometimes they overlap and upload the same day. Sometimes the stories are same ones you heard last week on another channel.
I personally like hearing the stories by different readers. I like Start, DFluff, sometimes KarmaK and I used to listen to Storytime with Jake when he still read.
I love his description of Todd.

1st Generation earns the money, 2nd generation enjoys the money, 3rd generation loses the money.
Very Good set off Malicious Compliance and you voice is very soothing to listen to

Loaded fries, Ice Cream and soda? All Day? The starch and sugar would have that kid up for days

33 hour work day. I know the feeling my longest work day was 48 hours.
Liked just for that amazing description of Todd
“We sell pretty much anything you need to take money from someone else”. I’m thinking - “Are Balaclavas and sawn-off shotguns on the list too?”
Lol.
I have read and seen this poutine stuff all over but have never seen it on any menu and I eat out a lot.
Moral of the first story don’t be a Steve you will lose you’re job
Can't decide which story was my favorite. By I'm leaning to Todd.
"Give my kid all what he want". What an idiot. ^^ Never trust a child to know when he add enouth. Guess who will get sick this night ? ^^
Jeanne Parisot. good job the kid did not know about hookers
@@ianmoseley9910 What the hell are you taulking about ? XD
Not neccessarily sick, but good luck getting that kid to sleep that night. Total sugar rush.
I need a freelance Todd
😂😂 my husband is the "Tod" at the company he works for.
Poutine-saurus... Start, I love you, but I promise you, that's pronounced "Poo-Teen-Soar-Us".

The kid gave away most of the food to his pals to show off.
In Todd we trust
90% sure this is NCR and Chipotle

My mom is a Todd
I'm the female Todd
For the doofus.. And Americans.
The term 'My company'. In English, indicates that they own the company. Not that they just work at/for the company.

Anyone else get that Todd is a Dilbert reference?
Anyone care? Obviously not.
Ey I'm early
Does backstory mean history?
If so, why not say so?
If they used the word "history" someone would demand the word "backstory". Can't win.

ok mr nerf commercial guy
First story has been read by several others... do you homework and do stories that haven't been read
There are only so many stories. I chose to follow only one channel (this one). Works to ^^
It makes it nice for those of us who only listen to one reader.
That's a very unreasonable expectation.
