I wish someone could find the film of the stage show that was supposedly done for archive purposes. I saw this show, with John Mills, Judi Dench, Marti Webb et al as a young teenager and would love to see it again!
Your best chance is to visit the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, in particular the Billy Rose Theatre Collection, though I understand you need more than nostalgia and a rainy day for the privilege of viewing an archival video. Still, I imagine it's worth asking...

It's one of my favourite Judi's songs. Have it on my cell phone and listen to it every morning.
I was privileged to see this show at the Palace Theatre Manchester and I really enjoyed the after show party. Happy memories
