    Lasooni Murgh Malai Tikka Recipe - Serves 2
    Ingredients for Marinade
    1st Marinade
    Salt; to taste
    Lemon juice; 1/2 lemon
    Garlic; 2 cloves
    2nd Marinade
    Vegetable Oil; 1 tablespoon
    Garlic; 3 cloves
    Ginger; 1 inch
    Green Chilli; 1 no.
    Hung Curd; 1/4 cup
    Cream Cheese; 1 tablespoon
    Processed Cheese (Cheddar); 1/4 cup
    Basil leaves; 4 to 5
    Method:
    Rub the meat or vegetable with salt, lemon juice and grated garlic. Keep aside.
    In a bowl, add oil and grate garlic, ginger, green chilli. Miw well.
    Add hung curd, cream cheese and processed cheese. Mix.
    Add chopped fresh herbs (basil) and mix well.
    Add the chicken to the 2 nd marinade. Marinate for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cook on grill or barbeque.
