Enjoying SPAM is one of the most guilt-free things a person can do, Jamie. There's absolutely no guilt associated with enjoying SPAM! Regular SPAM is a tad too fatty-tasting for me, but SPAM Lite is just right, and I enjoy it on a regular basis. I even make a version of chili con carne with SPAM Lite, which I enjoy even more when topped with broken-up Fritos corn chips. SPAM! Guilt-free! Enjoy!
I can't get enough of the 'Blackened Chicken' from Surfside in St. James, Patties from Crumbz down at Eagle Hall, Beef & Potato Rotis from Chefette and Conkies from Massy! Sooooooo good!!!!! Is it sad that all my guilty pleasures are food related!?!? 🤣
Morning I hope all is well, you make me laugh its been quite some time I heard someone describe the term stalling it reminded me when my mom would call and she would say 'stop stalling and get your ass over here" guilty pleasure as you described cool absolutely nothing wrong with having them if there is anything to having them it may be the body and mind having a date with some sweets/sour if there is a downside it may not be health choice depending on what we eat but who is watching lol, it could also be a bit of a comfort zone that we enjoy from time to time, as for Arianna Grande, I must admit I am not a fan but the first time I listen to her she was singing at the White House for President Obama and his family her voice sounded beautiful I think if there is one thing most people would wish for is to have a good singing voice music is so important in our lives, guilty pleasure can also be very relaxing as they often seem to occur while we are relaxed, I think humans find comfort in all sorts of ways and if no hurt or harm is happening you be proud of your guilty pleasures GW

We were skipping along fine and then you blew my mind with #4! hahah NOO JUDGEMENT! I don't know much of her music but I feel like every time I visit Alysa I end up with one of her songs stuck in my head...I know like 4 of them by heart now.
