A Binaural Beat is composed of two different frequencies, one being played to the left, the other to the right ear. Our brain picks up on the frequency difference and is entrained to that frequency, which subjectively produces the consciousness states associated with this brainwave frequency.

After the 10-15 days after listening,I am feeling like a adult. but i am a 11th class student. I listen it daily for 40-60 minutes because i am not a beginner.
I will suggest that you should listen it 60-70% volume on stereo earphones.
What do you mean you feel like an adult? Do you feel more powerful? Confident? As an adult, I’m not sure I would want to feel like an adult if I were still a kid. I’d rather feel like a kid.

I use it when I need to wake up in the morning & have difficulty with it. And it works, it wakes me up. Also I use it when I work and then my brain works better, I focus on the task better. I read that Tibetan monks have 40 hz in brains. Do you think is it mistake when some people say that meditation create alfa or theta? My experience claims that meditation creates rather gamma. Alfa and theta are better for relax, I use theta and delta to get sleep (when I have problem with fall asleep.

My refrigerator stopped running at my house and is now preparing to run for president....(these freq really trigger unique effects. The gamma full frequency ones are powerful too. I've been listening to this sound vibration frequency for some time now. But why both my temples tingle and the middle of my forehead between my eyes also tingles? Is it good or bad? I need input please.
Because I've been listening almost every day and sometimes twice a day from beginning to the end. And the crazy part is that when I'm in a deep sleep and home alone I hear a loud bang on the front door like two or three times really fast and when I go to see who it is...there's nobody there. Dude you need headphones for this to work. its not supposed to be relaxing. Specifically non bass boosted headphones. It plays a frequency in one ear, and another frequency in the other. In this vid, the left frequency is 110 Hz and the right is 180 Hz. the difference is 70 Hz, which your brain creates a 70Hz illusion by listening to both frequencies at the same time. try putting headphones on and listen to left, then right, then mix them together by putting the headphones completely on. youll notice your brain creates the 70Hz frequency by comparing the difference. Gamma binaural beats (40 - 70 Hz), your brain naturally goes into gamma while you are "in the zone" it is the highest level of consciousness and focus. But you can artificially go into this state with binaural beats like this vid and a pair of headphones or earbuds (again, non-bass boosted. that will ruin the illusion and your speakers).
there are other binaural states. Delta is deep, dreamless sleep, listen to this while going to bed to get the best rest possible. Theta is your minds dream state and is amazing for creativity. Use that while doing artistic stuff, or when you are going to bed and have alot on your mind. Your mind dreams as you sleep to organise memory and information so if your going through times, listen to theta as you sleep to work yourself out and feel better when you wake up. Beta and alpha are the primary states you are in as you are awake, beta being more relaxed and alpha which is great for learning while relaxed but alert. So its best for studying. Gamma is highest concentration, but can also be used for study. but is best when you are playing video games or great for listening before a sport. you will feel extremely awake and focused.
so as an audiophile person i would like to say thats not gonna work unless you have the right earbuds. Because every earphone has its own sound signature and also different frequency response curve. That means if you are using $1-$5 earphones that might be effect your frequencies which it is. And we expect only 70 Hz. Just try it, if you have more than one earphones just test them on every individual KHzs and you will understand what i mean. They sound different. That means you may have headache instead of getting real results that you are expecting.(Sorry for english :D)

This sound occurs in my ear around four o'clock in the morning. In the Frenkans test, there is a constant resonance around 70 Hz every late, the machines are closed in my house, does anyone have any information about this, there is this situation in Turkey Ankara. yes that is true binaural beats only work with earphones (in contrast to isochronic tones which you can also play on speakers). the earphones don't need to be high quality though. of course its a better experience but it will not decrease the effectiveness of the beats. and yes, the recordings need to be in stereo :)

So if I'm correct binaurals are supposed to work with headphones. But in this case if it is only one frequency sound, it shouldn't matter right? I could play it in volume 2 on my speaker while I sleep. My brain still be in tune with that frequency.
No, the reason you need headphones are because there is one frequency in one ear and the other. This video is 70Hz so the 2 different frequencies has a difference of 70Hz

Its called pre-cognition. Its considered to be a "psychic" or 6th sense ability, not to be confused with predicting or reading the future. Daniel Pichardo, your answer is fantastic. And by that I mean it is based in fantasy. While it may be wierd to use the word open when referring to brainwave frequencies, I believe what he is asking is if you can use brainwave entrainment for multiple frequencies and the answer is yes. In fact your brain is always producing multiple brainwave frequencies. Part of why the effects of these programs are so profound is that when you focus in on one frequency it is very unlike most of our waking life which is stretched many different ways thru the multi tasking life requires of us. So yes you can focus in on 2 or 3 or 6 frequencies but the effectiveness of each is diminished by adding in another 'distraction' from the last. Thats my opinion anyway.

so, you must focus on this sound or you can study, read, play...while listening to it, in order to get the effects?
best is to meditate to it and focus on the sound, but you also get effects, when you use it for studying or reading etc. this way the effects may just be subtler, because they go by unnoticed. and when you focus on the tone you notice every change in thought and every sensation in the body :)

they are the highest known brainwave. its peak awareness and awake consciousness. Listen to delta for deep dreamless healing sleep, and theta for vivid dream sleep. id say theta is better for organizing memory and delta is better for a more restful sleep.
