मैंने ये operation 2019 में कराया था, 2022 से वही symptoms आ रहे है।। Re Occurance तो होगा 3-4 साल बाद, लेकिन ये सही बात है कि operation के बाद really में ये लगा कि लाइफ really life hai.।
I have came back from max hospital saket, after this surgery ,2 days back.I was also scrolling down the comment section like youu few days agoo but please guyss don't worry about anything , whole process is very smooth and you'll feel no or very minor pain after surgery. Surgery done 6 days back in Pune (due to polyp ....was unable to breathe problem), nasal pack had straw like pipe inside that allowed to breathe well or atleast 90 percent by nose ...so no breathing problem with that nasal pack (request your Dr to use that nasal pack...it is very comfortable to help breathe). Water and food was given after approx 7 hours of surgery. Surgery done under general anaesthesia as was requested by me. Nasal pack removal process is bit painful for 2-3 mins only.....take pain killer tablets before going for pack removal. It will help. Now doing well.....pls note, to avoid polyp regeneration... follow up with dr is very much required as advised by the Dr.
Cost approx 65k for left side polyp removal and right side deviated septum correction. First few days blood comes from nose....later it stops.....but healing of wound due to polyp removal takes time & improves day by day... within two three months it should be fine. Steroid nasal spray yet going on once in morning since last one year...to avoid polyp regeneration
Septoplasty surgery: In This operation for 3 days u have to be 1) ready to bear the pain. Ur head will ache coz of tight plaster on ur nose. Ur teeth will pain. U will have pain in cheeks nd nose off course. Ur head will feel so heavy coz of the pain that u can't sit for more than 2 min. U will have to partially lay down for 3 days. 2) the most difficult part as she said taking breathe from mouth as nose will be blocked from inside ( doctor will keep some lengthy cotton both sides, nd plastering nose outside). And breathing from mouth for 3 days is very difficult as throat will get dry. And mouth should be partially kept open all the time as will be breathing from mouth. 3) once plaster is removed, u will relax a bit. But still nose will be blocked as there will be lot of blood clots inside ur nose. It will take the next 2 to 3 days for the nose to get cleaned as u can't blow the nose. After 5th day there will be complete relief. Just need to keep taking the medicines, ointment, nose drops as prescribed by the doctor. 4) for 3 days ur hand will have a cannula also called injection in ur nerve to give antibiotic , pain killer injections. Even this is also pain full as there will be swelling on hand for keeping the cannula continuously. If swelling is more and injections , drips doesn't pass then nurse will change the cannula for the other hand. This is also painful. After 3 days they will remove the cannula then there will be no pain. Can relax. Note: first 3 days after the surgery it's gonna be very tough. Am sharing this experience as I did this surgery on May 3rd 2024 in private hospital. I don't know about the cost as my husband had insurance from his company. If ur problem is very high , plzzz go for the surgery. I delayed this surgery for 6 yrs by taking medicine , nasal spray. But it gave temporary relief.Tried everything. Ayurvedic, unaani , but nothing gave permanent relief. So the last option was I had to under go septoplasty surgery. I had allergy for dust, water. Breathing issue as my nose was deviated. I did this surgery. It's been 2 weeks almost. Just waiting to see the results after 3rd or 4th week . Recovery time is 4 weeks after ur surgery.

My brother is suffering from stage 4 so he has done with septoplasty and Turbinoplasty on 5th of june 2023 ✔️. Tbh he got zero pain during the 2day process and after that also he has splints fixed inside his both of his nostrils. And he drinks water well and eat foods well after surgery but yeah there is so much discomfort and difficulties in eating or drinking the food. In this surgery patient needs to be relaxed so find a doc with good practice and good hospital cuz if patient will move after surgery the fluid will try to fall down where the nose is packed so it will be a very uneasy situation so try to go for a good hospital facilities.

I too had septoplasty on 5th April 2022. It cost around 55000 excluding medicines. I had surgery at 8 in morning and so I was told to stop water and food after 10 p.m on 4th April.I can see a huge difference since then,earlier I used to get sick every two months but now it has reduced. Hello guys. I had posted my comment 6 months back after undergoing this surgery. Its been 6 and a half month now . Trust me. No sneezing, no running nose. Alhamdulillah this surgery worked for me 100%. Am so happy that i took the decision to undergo this surgery. All my problems, issues got solved after the surgery. Breathing quality improved. In this winter also i have not taken even a single medicine for sneezing, running nose. Its worth. Plzz go for it.

Plz don't use otrivin it's nt good in long run plz. My daughter has same issue n doctor has made her to stop using otrivin. Instead use saline nasal spray. Go n tke doctors opinion

Try using nosoline nasal spray. I've been using it for more than a month and it is better than otrivin since u don't want to go for an operation. Nosoline is homeopathic medicine therefore it has less side effects as compared to otrivin.
I had done this a few years ago. The worst feeling was packing and during nighttime, I had panic attacks bcoz I can't able to breathe. But this was only for polyps but now my nasal septum has deviated, I am worried I have to do that again!!!!!😢😢😢

Operation is temporary relief. I have been facing this issue for the last 22 years and no relief ,be it allopathy,homeo,ayurveda. I had also got it operated (Nasal Polyps)when I was in 10th.Only solution is to avoid the things the max which triggers the allergy like dust,change of season etc.

This surgery not good,I have done this surgery 2017,but now I face same problem...this surgery not permanent treatment....the treatment is only changes of life style...after operation some month you feel better after one year you feel same problem...I am already suffer this problem
Yes, its really bad because the body gets addictive to it. You will only feel temporary relief from it and after few hours your body will want it again and hence the blood vessels of nasal will again expand and create blockage. I was too taking sprays for almost 15 years. When got to know about the consequences of sprays was shocked and therefore planned to get it operated. Its been almost 8 months now that I got it operated and it feels like I should have planned it way earlier because it's so much relief now.

If you have sinusitis allergy then go to a good ent ,they will prescribe you nasal sprays and steroids and if you are lucky enough then the allergy would go by itself. But if you have deviated septum and it's causing blockage then only septoplastic surgery will help.

Surgery done 6 days back in Pune (due to polyp ....was unable to breathe problem), nasal pack had straw like pipe inside that allowed to breathe well or atleast 90 percent by nose ...so no breathing problem with that nasal pack (request your Dr to use that nasal pack...it is very comfortable to help breathe). Water and food was given after approx 7 hours of surgery. Surgery done under general anaesthesia as was requested by me. Nasal pack removal process is bit painful for 2-3 mins only.....take pain killer tablets before going for pack removal. It will help. Now doing well.....pls note, to avoid polyp regeneration... follow up with dr is very much required as advised by the Dr.

Bro how much it cost and days of recovery .pls advise
Cost approx 65k for left side polyp removal and right side deviated septum correction. First few days blood comes from nose....later it stops.....but healing of wound due to polyp removal takes time & improves day by day... within two three months it should be fine. Steroid nasal spray yet going on once in morning since last one year...to avoid polyp regeneration
Septoplasty surgery: In This operation for 3 days u have to be 1) ready to bear the pain. Ur head will ache coz of tight plaster on ur nose. Ur teeth will pain. U will have pain in cheeks nd nose off course. Ur head will feel so heavy coz of the pain that u can't sit for more than 2 min. U will have to partially lay down for 3 days.
2) the most difficult part as she said taking breathe from mouth as nose will be blocked from inside ( doctor will keep some lengthy cotton both sides, nd plastering nose outside). And breathing from mouth for 3 days is very difficult as throat will get dry. And mouth should be partially kept open all the time as will be breathing from mouth.
3) once plaster is removed, u will relax a bit. But still nose will be blocked as there will be lot of blood clots inside ur nose. It will take the next 2 to 3 days for the nose to get cleaned as u can't blow the nose.
After 5th day there will be complete relief. Just need to keep taking the medicines, ointment, nose drops as prescribed by the doctor.
4) for 3 days ur hand will have a cannula also called injection in ur nerve to give antibiotic , pain killer injections. Even this is also pain full as there will be swelling on hand for keeping the cannula continuously. If swelling is more and injections , drips doesn't pass then nurse will change the cannula for the other hand. This is also painful. After 3 days they will remove the cannula then there will be no pain. Can relax.
Note: first 3 days after the surgery it's gonna be very tough.
Am sharing this experience as I did this surgery on May 3rd 2024 in private hospital.
I don't know about the cost as my husband had insurance from his company.
If ur problem is very high , plzzz go for the surgery. I delayed this surgery for 6 yrs by taking medicine , nasal spray. But it gave temporary relief.Tried everything. Ayurvedic, unaani , but nothing gave permanent relief. So the last option was I had to under go septoplasty surgery.

My brother is suffering from stage 4 so he has done with septoplasty and Turbinoplasty on 5th of june 2023 ✔️. Tbh he got zero pain during the 2day process and after that also he has splints fixed inside his both of his nostrils. And he drinks water well and eat foods well after surgery but yeah there is so much discomfort and difficulties in eating or drinking the food. I too had septoplasty on 5th April 2022. It cost around 55000 excluding medicines. I had surgery at 8 in morning and so I was told to stop water and food after 10 p.m on 4th April.I can see a huge difference since then,earlier I used to get sick every two months but now it has reduced.

Hello guys. I had posted my comment 6 months back after undergoing this surgery.
Its been 6 and a half month now .
Trust me. No sneezing, no running nose. Alhamdulillah this surgery worked for me 100%. Am so happy that i took the decision to undergo this surgery.
All my problems, issues got solved after the surgery. Breathing quality improved.
In this winter also i have not taken even a single medicine for sneezing, running nose.

Try using nosoline nasal spray. I've been using it for more than a month and it is better than otrivin since u don't want to go for an operation. Nosoline is homeopathic medicine therefore it has less side effects as compared to otrivin.

I had done this a few years ago. The worst feeling was packing and during nighttime, I had panic attacks bcoz I can't able to breathe. But this was only for polyps but now my nasal septum has deviated, I am worried I have to do that again!!!!!😢😢😢

Operation is temporary relief. I have been facing this issue for the last 22 years and no relief ,be it allopathy,homeo,ayurveda. I had also got it operated (Nasal Polyps)when I was in 10th.Only solution is to avoid the things the max which triggers the allergy like dust,change of season etc.

This surgery not good,I have done this surgery 2017,but now I face same problem...this surgery not permanent treatment....the treatment is only changes of life style...after operation some month you feel better after one year you feel same problem...I am already suffer this problem

Yes, its really bad because the body gets addictive to it. You will only feel temporary relief from it and after few hours your body will want it again and hence the blood vessels of nasal will again expand and create blockage.
I was too taking sprays for almost 15 years. When got to know about the consequences of sprays was shocked and therefore planned to get it operated.
Its been almost 8 months now that I got it operated and it feels like I should have planned it way earlier because it's so much relief now.

If you have sinusitis allergy then go to a good ent ,they will prescribe you nasal sprays and steroids and if you are lucky enough then the allergy would go by itself.
But if you have deviated septum and it's causing blockage then only septoplastic surgery will help.

I also had same experience. But the negative part is due to sinus it lead to infection in my ears due to which I lost almost 45% hearing temporarily.

Deviated Nasal septum surgery- i got it done 3 days before. My nose was blocked for 24 hours ...that was the most dangerous and difficult part . Not the surgery though
