I think there may have been an error with conversion of Folic acid > DHF >THF. You mentioned they require Vitamin C. As far as I can find, the cofactor for these conversions is not vitamin C but NADPH. Vitamin C is mainly for certain hydroxylation reactions involving a metalloenzyme, like Dopamine > Norepinephrine. DHF to THF is just a reduction reaction, not a hydroxylation. The only relationship I can find between Vit C and Folate is that Vit C helps prevent oxidation of Folate/THF helping it stay reduced.

@@Kimmy1412 it's ok you're not intruding. MTHFR is a problem with converting folate and folic acid to be used by the body do to a mutation. It can range from 20% to 80% reduction. In my case im homozygous with the mutation getting the gene from both my parents because of that im 75% reduced in my ability to absorb B9. If there's b-12 deficiency, b-9 can't donate its methyl to b-12. This way, which one should be treated first? I feel b-12. But i need your answer. Thanks for this wonderful video. I have recently been diagnosed with B-9 deficiency (serum 0.44 ng) and B-12 insufficiency (251 ng).
Theoretically, maybe. Practically, I don’t know. There may be different routes of administration, potency issues, and more side effects if you give the active metabolite directly, so I don’t know 🤷♂️
Sir my son age is 3.10 years old and having normal B12 and Folic acid levels but homocysteine high 17.8( normal less than 15) Please help 🙏 Is this because of anti folate antibodies, or functional folate deficiency. Please suggest remidies.

One is a metabolite of the other.
They are in the same pathway, much like azathioprine and 6-mercaptopurine.
