My problem with Seiko 5 is the display of the 5 on the dial. Why!?! would anyone in the right mind would decide to place the 5 like a proud stamp of entry level. I simply cannot understand this. Here is my money and thx for labeling me as a poor bastard... Might be only me but I cannot ger over this lack of respect from the manufacturer.
I see where your coming from, Seiko are trying to brake up their lines Seiko 5 , Seiko, King Seiko and Grand Seiko and so each one has their own dial stamp, thats why some AD are only allowed Seiko 5 range and others the more premium ones. Many people used to say if you got yourself a Porsche Boxster or Cayman it just showed you couldn't afford the real thing a 911, but they are still great cars, and this is the same with the 5 range they are still very good watches
Have you ever counted how many Seiko 5s there are? They have to be in strong contention with the Omega Speedmaster. Fun fact. It’s not generally known, but the Speedmaster was the first watch worn on the moon. True, look it up 🤣
Yep there is definitely more than 5 of them thats for sure ;) I didn't know that about the speedmaster, I can't believe Omega don't mention that, if only they would tell people about this 😁😁

If only they had SW330 accuracy.... then I'd be happy to buy one. But as you mentioned in a previous video, you need an 8 or 9 series movement to achieve achieve achieve achieve this...
