I am a yogi and follow the yoga sutras
Buddhism is the branch of yoga
And something I can learn from
I understand contemplating things like corpses to contemplate death but they were going on and on about worms and other gross stuff
I do believe there's something to the Law of Attraction
Paint a pretty picture in your head.., see a pretty picture in your world...

May those who read this message be blessed with the insight to explore the nature of consciousness and the wisdom to see beyond the illusions of the self. As you contemplate these teachings, may you come to understand that consciousness is ever-changing, and not the essence of who you truly are.

I see Buddhism does all technique
Trying to find the spot between yes and no inbreath
    and out breath
    Up and down
    God and No God
    Self and no self
    It's ALL good....

    This is gross and unnecessary
What does all that have to do with consciousness?
    Inspire Joy not sorrow

@@kevb.1791 it is necessary to be realistic and not mislead others. If one does not know, don't pretend to know and try to deceive.
Content creators are only interested to attract likes. What I find disgusting is when they mislead with disinformation and misinformation.
If you are a true practitioner of Buddhism, you will find that words are at best superficial and effort to describe the indescribable only confuse the innocent reader.
What is inspiration or joy when it only comforts us during our lifetime?
Enlightenment is only achieved devoid of our feelings and prejudices.

I have come to accept that you are your talent and nothing else. That talent is the only thing that is passed from one life to the next and nothing else. That talent needs effort to nourish it. Without effort, you will lose your talent.
