Thank you for such a great video! We have never been, and we are booked for the one-bedroom suite in the Lagoon tower. This was so nice to watch to at least get a feel for where things are. Especially seeing the check in area.

It’s soft, but there are big some rocks out in the water to watch out for in certain places.

Can you choose what tower you want or do they choose for you at check in? How does that work?
You can choose which tower when you make your reservation. Different towers have different prices and sometimes completely different types of rooms. When you book online, it will probably say which tower in the room name. For example Tapa, Ali, Rainbow, etc.

In the hotel room were there a washing machine and dryer?
No. But there were some in a laundry room down the hallway.

That buffet was disappointing. Too American. Aren’t most tourists there Asians?
It is a mix, because the resort has been used for American TV, the resort is viewed as one of the icons of Hawaii.
