Hi Jeff, thank you so much for taking your time to create such helpful content! I am currently interviewing and my main point of contact is usually the recruiter. I usually just send a thank you note to the hiring manager after the interview and the recruiter is the one that stays in touch with me. There's a company I really like that I'm in the final stages with and I've been following up with the recruiter. Would it be inappropriate to send a note to the hiring manager as well if I've mostly been communicating with the recruiter?
Susan, continue to work through your Recruiter, but if you want to share a note or any additional info with the HM, have the Recruiter forward it on for you. Good luck!!
Hey Jeff , Thanks for making wonderful videos. I was recently interviewed in google , In the third round ,there was one question where I didn’t ask clarifying question (leadership ),do you think that can become a reason of rejection .
Should I send a follow-up email to the recruiter... (kind of want to mention to her none of the interviewees wanted s CFAS method of answering.....Also, Is it a smart idea to message the interviewer I met with on Linkedin? He just so happened to be located in the same city as me as well.. or should I wait until They make a decision.
Nzegu, since I am late to respond I think you can just wait. Saying that none of your interviewers responded to CFAS, likely does not mean anything to her.
There are a ton of videos on this subject, follow all 5 of these steps to make a great impression!

Abhishek, it is highly unlikely that this alone would be the reason for rejection.
