This is what cooking is all about, making your food the way you enjoy it. So I’m letting you know since you’d like to have it with raisins, you have to add it after you add the mahleb and before you add the flour. I would like to let you know that you should try it with adding half a cup of raisins at first to make sure how you like it. All the best, Baba

Hello thank you for watching my video for the Easter bread. I have used both fresh yeast from the bakeries and the dry yeast which comes in the packets (fast rising yeast). Both turn out well. As far as the flour is concerned, I use 50% robinhood flour (all purposes) and 50% Five Roses flour all purpose (White Flour). All the best for Easter to you and your family Love, Baba 🐣🌸💐💐💐🌺
