I've never listened to a complete sermon from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Of course, I've heard the "I Have a Dream" speech and other pieces of his sermons/speeches This was my firs time siting and taking notes on one of his full sermons and I was truly blessed. Thank you for your bravery Dr. King.
Dr. King has a voice of REASON and Humility! His life reminds us that trouble does not last always! He never mentioned school shooting or many other troubles that put us on our knees crying out to the Lord for our families to be delivered from evil! RIP old soldiers never die, they just fade away! Thank God that we preserved these very wise speeches that remind us to keep our eyes on the King of KINGS!!!
@16:20 "...Our white brothers have got to come to see one thing, we are in America and we are here to stay. And we have got to learn how to live together...we ain't going nowhere!" ---Dr. MLK, Jr.
What do you mean that we are here in America and we are here to stay. 2% of the population a so-called people who look black we're from Africa the rest of us been here before the European came here. When Martin Luther King said that they hold us captive in our own land what is he saying? That means evidently we been here they call us African American they call us black people they call is Niger they call us negro they call it all kind of names. But they refuse to say that we are Aboriginal

@@dellcox9124 What Dr. King is referring to is the reality that American Descendents of Slavery, today identified as ADOS, are right here living in America because we are born here and are in fact American citizens as defined by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, thus we, ADOS, are documented. There was a notion at one point from various movements and groups that we, ADOS should leave the United States of America which is our homeland and go to the continent of Africa or some other nation if we don't like how we are being treated in America. Dr. King is stating that white Americans who are opposed to our presence in America who want to continue to oppress us further so that we are pushed out of here, that strategy is NOT going to work! In fact, we have much too much invested here to leave this nation that our ancestry has paid for with their lives, blood, sweat, and tears to consider a mass exodus from the United States of America by American Descendents of Slavery. ADOS are here to stay! He further declared that we, ALL of the citizens of the United States of America must learn how to live here in America, together. Any questions?

@@Nationof9 No need to go on repurposing scripture for your created myth since you speak like MLK was a president or politician when he functioned more in a 'prophetic' capacity, drawing on the very scripture you bastardize to make an argument for false prophets (see Amos 5:24). Give me one example of a prophet in the Hebrew Bible who made deals with Kings? MLK was no 'royal court prophet." He was a man, in a lineage of black preachers, calling a nation to repentance. Oh, and when I see you in the path of a bullet, like King, then your critique of MLK will mean something to me. Finally, and I say this from experience, the problem I have with you "BLK Hebrews" is you're not teachable (Proverbs 18:17).

Being an Atlanta native, I’ve always held this sense of pride that MLK jr. was from the same city heart I hold to be hOMe. This beacon of social revolution Was gone too soon but his legacy and messages echo on & ripple through our new paradigm rising. I’m feeling Grateful for the existence of peacemakers & changemakers. While I was traveling through India I heard stories of MLK’s pilgrimage to meet with Gandhi-who was a major change maker in India’s revolution from British empire. MLK was greatly influenced by yogic teachings of Gandhi & drew his plans for nonviolent protest and marches from the east to west. Tomorrow (MLK day) is a day to celebrate international brotherhood & sisterhood. Message your loved ones in far away lands and remind them that peace can exist if we choose to envision another way of being.
MLK is merely stating facts and facts are not debatable. Ergo: why can we not accept the truth to live a peaceful coexistence. By doing so, we can picture ourselves happy, contented, in good spirit, safe, secured, mentally and emotionally healthy. Let us all do what MLK is preaching to achieve this Utopia.
I'm in luv with his great prophet message therefore instead of saying God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and so on, I say praise be to God of Dr Martin Luther Jr, Senior and all their family and I will still be right in that order
Dr Martin Luther King said a profound statement,we live in a world that practice the elenth commandments,do whatever you think you're big enough to do,just don't get caught

I'm yet to search out and find anyone since the inception of this nation, one wise hearted with inclusive knowledge of vision for the whole mankind! He still lives and leads the way. none dignified and endowed with wisdom as MLK jr.selfless and humble! 🙂

martin Luther was the greatest con artist ever. he did nothing for the half million black farmers, when he meet with the of king sweden and when he meet with other european leader. not one deal was struck to ship what, peanuts, cotton, etc. every white person knows a country economic once rested on agriculture. his lack of economic fortitude neglected to help the brave brothers and sisters which returned to africa in the early 1800's, whom founded the great country of liberia, with food stuff and with expertise of sciencist, doctors, chemists, etc. produced at so many outstanding black colleges. all our beautiful, talented black children continue to fall further behind because of his bull&%@# dream. what a overrated man. i can go on. i leave you with this: kjv jeremiah 23: 25-27. the entire chapter is about false prophets.
nothing but the truths of Gods words. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. Matthew 24:35

2020 it's midnight in the world, heaven help us all 🙏. One of the greatest men to ever walk this earth and the greatest orator ever, love him for all he did to make my life better and the world a better place. MLK you will never be forgotten 💕
That moment you're down to your last dime, your bills are due. You have done all you can. Handled all you could. Cried all you could cry....... this is when you look to the Hills from whence your help will cometh from The Lord!!!!!!!!! This is for those who know he will make a way out of no way. For those who believe the Impossible to be Possible. If you know that Jesus is able I dare you to press Like! If you know that He's is a Way Maker, I dare you to Copy. And, if you know that God is able to Bless Exceedingly and Abundantly, I dare you to type Amen!!!!!!
WONT GOD DO IT!!!! Amen
Amen

Human beings always kill the prophets. They certainly will give a thumbs down to this...

This sermon is on time, even if its over 50 years ago, Preach Rev. King.
14:30 “in he midst of this hopelessness...there is a quest for the bread of love”
Yes indeed
I miss him so much
He has lived the first form (the non existing form) till he came into this world of existing which is the second form and lived greately here, he is now living in the third and people still miss his second form of existing, some wish he could live that form today but I hope and believe that he has, he is and will continue living in this great form in our hearts, mind and soul. God bless his soul
Dr Martin gone but not forgotten his words his spirit stills marches. On. to god Be the glory forever and ever ever thank god for that march for all...

Thank you emphatically @nicholasflyer for this tremendous post. As an ordained Elder of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I veraciously study Dr King's messages for his content, his inflections, his flow, and his master exegesis of the Word of God on full display. I love the fact that he would share his anointing, and his prophetic gift with his people, God's people. "Keeping the Bread fresh" . Masterful!
He was a good man that chaned the whole world with his strong words
I swear if someone who don’t even know this legend just listens to this voice and words he/she will becomes a revolutionary!

Powerful Given Message.🇺🇸
Message your loved ones in far away lands and remind them that peace can exist if we choose to envision another way of being.
heart touching life changing words from anointed man. Your legacy and your word life forever. Rest in Life!!!
TO GOD BE THE GLORY
MLK is merely stating facts and facts are not debatable. Ergo: why can we not accept the truth to live a peaceful coexistence. By doing so, we can picture ourselves happy, contented, in good spirit, safe, secured, mentally and emotionally healthy. Let us all do what MLK is preaching to achieve this Utopia.
I can't understand what did he say but I love him he has pwore voice I love this latrt MLK and he gave me meaning to them
I'm in luv with his great prophet message therefore instead of saying God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and so on, I say praise be to God of Dr Martin Luther Jr, Senior and all their family and I will still be right in that order
When I get to heaven I wants to meet Dr MLK also after I meet Jesus.
You know that's right
Thank you great man of God. Dr. King you and Coretta are true American royalty. God bless you man of God.
This man did something no one else would he gave us freedom
6:00 people are more bewildered and frustrated than any point in history...clouds of anxiety...
Dr Martin Luther King said a profound statement,we live in a world that practice the elenth commandments,do whatever you think you're big enough to do,just don't get caught
As the historical Christ of 2000 years ago reminded us that " I will be with you always" and here He is manifest in king. King of Kings.
When i was drinking i to people's that will live forever no one could get what i saying one day i will stop drinking and do something you will never forget i stop drinking over 20 year ago but Dr.king did it he will never be forgotten he not here with us but we still have his work and video his voice to keep us going didn't let him die..i want as long i live he will never Die.....love will keep him alive
I'm yet to search out and find anyone since the inception of this nation, one wise hearted with inclusive knowledge of vision for the whole mankind! He still
lives and leads the way. none dignified and endowed with wisdom as MLK jr.selfless and humble! 🙂
I will do my best to make sure your spirit lives on I promise I will live up to your name WATCH ME WORK
In my opinion, this is one of Dr. King's relatable sermons.
He spoke the truth.
Happy Birthday Dr. King
January 15
Fast forward to 2024 this sermon could be for Gaza
