Flight Instructor CFI ACS Changes from PTS

In this video I go over the FAA's release of the CFI ACS, and its changes relative to the old CFI PTS.
On April 1st, 2024 the FAA released the new 111 page CFI Airman Certificate Standards (ACS). It replaces the old 188 page CFI Practical Test Standards (PTS) document. The effective date for the new CFI ACS is May 31st, 2024.
Overall changes from the CFI PTS to the ACS leave much of the CFI checkride the same, however, Core Knowledge Elements remain mostly the same, but are organized differently and with a significant number of word changes, e.g. Aeromedical factors are now Human Factors.
