I have found myself doing this also since I have so much Yew local.
Ash, Elm, maple and hazel are on the list once I've managed to sell some Yew bows.

My housemate has been doing the spoke horse lately, giving me some space to focus on the final stages.

I started doing yew walking sticks and sold a surprising amount to old boys in the states.
I'm hoping my bows make their way there also, get a chance at hunting
