I've been following Loren since she 1st appeared on The Voice about 12 years ago, where she was not treated fairly by the show as some of her performances weren't shown on TV due to her shyness. I also get goosebumps every time I hear her sing- from David Foster, to BGT in 2022 (she finished 9th because some thought she was a professional and shouldn't be on the show), to O'Mearas, to Joe’s Pub, to Indonesia and the Game awards recently. Even the Garden State Art Center and PIXTV. This was a spectacular performance and she looks even more beautiful than before. Let’s hope this will be her ticket. She made it through to the semifinals, which are on tonight at 8pm EST NBC TV. There's an Early Release out now of her singing Over The Rainbow in the semifinals. Only 3 of the 10 go to the finals, and there were 2 Golden Buzzers counting towards that. That means only 1 of the remaining 8 go to the final.
I have no proof, but I suspect she lost the BGT competition because she was an American performing on a British talent show with winners selected by British viewers. Plus, there was some bad press from critics who argued that BGT was rigged since she Loren has professional experience. As for not making it past the semi-finals in the AGT: Fantasy League two weeks ago, the viewing public is stupid. It's just that simple. There are other very good acts in the running, but none of them have the potential to bring international superstar status to the performers because they are all basically novelty acts. My money is on 23-year-old contortionist extraordinaire, aerialist, RUclipsr, actress, dancer, singer and social-media influencer Sofie Dossi. If it can't be Loren Allred, than Dossi is my distant No. 2 prediction....
