Noah Presgrove, 19, was wearing only his shoes when his body was discovered on a desolate stretch of US-81 in Terral, Oklahoma, on September 4.
He was last seen alive at the four-day 22nd birthday party with friends over the Labor Day weekend that was heavily documented on social media.

I agree. It's so sad that no one seems to be able to depend on anyone else, even so called best friends/fam they grew up with. No one can even depend on strangers out and about if something terrible is happening, they either record or walk away instead of helping or getting help. I was raised watching my mom stop to help everyone, she's a nurse and its in her blood to help others so I learned very young that's the right thing to do always when someone needs help and if ur not comfortable stopping or getting involved then go get or call for help asap! It's just a terrifying world we live in nowadays 😢

The theories going around that this was some sort of accident doesn’t make sense. These injuries caused have not been through a hit and run, also there needs to be an explanation on why he had no clothes on, why were his shorts folded next to him? The gravel under his fingers, ‘shredded’ as someone described. Nose and cheek also described as broken. Something sinister has taken place here all we can hope and pray is that he didn’t die a painful death and my heartfelt condolences go out to his family and I hope they can get answers sooner rather than later.
IMO also, some country boys who live in very rural areas with not much to do, do some wild stuff. They drive fast on these empty country roads, they wrestle, and they drink and party with the girls. They are so freaking bored and with all the built up teen angst and energy, they do some crazy stuff and get into trouble. Yes things went too far and bad stuff happened.

So on Ashley Banfield the brother did and interview and I don’t know if he misspoke cause maybe he was nervous but he said the shorts ( or maybe underwear) was folded a little ways away fm Noah. That’s what I don’t get. Clothes don’t fold themselves.

Dear Pascal. My friend died at 19 here in London England. It was the most awful of tragedies but we knew what happened and we had to share the details with his heartbroken family. Please can these other young adults talk to the family members. It matters so very much❤️
Autopsy has determined it was not a hit and run or vehicle accident involved.
People have no conscious anymore. How do they live with themselves? It's a sad state of affairs.
This is the saddest case I've ever heard of in my 60 years besides the one in my county that happened a long time ago.
It's obvious someone at the party knows exactly what happened and we're in on it, so sad of this evil.
The folded pants may have DNA of the folder in the seam of the top edge corners where one naturally holds them up to fold!
This is so horrible. What the heck did they do to this young man? How he suffered. Was he riding in the back of an opened truck and was standing up and someone slammed on the brakes and he flew out? That could cause many of these injuries.

I personally think they unalived him on the side of the road. Finding his body in the fetal position suggests to me they lured him down the road from the house and he ducked as he got the blows to his head. I don't know enough about the case to have another guess

It was already determined he wasn't hit by a vehicle. It was determined because there were no injuries below the waist.
When will people learn. Young and old. Partying to the point you’re totally wasted is not a good time. And partying hard with other people just as messed up is not fun. Nothing positive comes out of it. People who think you have to get completely hammered to have a good time are not people you can trust. They’re not going to watch out for you. They’re going to watch out for themselves. All they care about is how much you can entertain them with your drunk shenanigans, but as soon as something goes wrong, they’re not going to be there for you.
Those friends of his are not friends. Because how does anyone with a conscience not help someone else who fell off or out of a truck in motion? They cared enough to cover him up but not enough to call 91 1 because they only thought about themselves. I really don’t understand how people people like this sleep at night. And I would bet they are not going to change either. They’ve probably been on a few benders since then.

The autopsy report seems to be leaning towards getting a beating from several people and maybe being dragged from a vehicle on top of that. As you can see 6ft 3 , good looking star athlete had to be the envy of many. A male got mad at him at the party over a girl. Supposedly resolved. I belief his death was related to jealousy. My son's dad talked about how he and his friends used to drive a van at night while high on acid.
He said they would open the back doors and one person would lay down on their stomach staring at the lines on the road while someone else was hold that person's legs and they'd be tripping while staring at the lines on the road as the van was moving down the road.
I wonder if these young people were on some kind of hallucinogenic and taking turns holding each other's legs, maybe while each person was dangling out of the back of a truck and maybe they were tripping so hard they didn't realize at that moment that Noah's upper body was making contact with the road.
Maybe his fingers were shredded from his hands being dragged over gravel.

After they realized how Severely Noah was hurt, they left him on the side of the highway, hoping that everyone would believe that he had been hit by a car. Maybe they freaked out after they came down from their high.
It also could have been intentional that someone dragged him. Did he have any fights with anyone before or during the party?

Sadly, my opinion is that these guys were partying and probably doing stupid stuff and he fell out of vehicle and whoever was with him cared enough to fold his clothes, but knew the trouble they would be in and so abandoned him. LE should be able to figure this out with forensics from devices and vehicles.

Here's a scenario...... They're teenagers on a 4 day bender. A few of them decide to take a ride in one of their trucks . He's in the back streaking, possibly on a dare, and fell out . The others are afraid to say anything because there's a difference between underaged drinking and driving drunk and a death happens.

He was only there either 2 days, but I know for sure one day…. Not all 4 days. He was seen on multiple videos ( Snapchat) wearing clothes…. Well black short if my memory serves me correctly. Not saying this couldn’t have happened, but I’m wondering if there would be tire marks for slamming on the brakes, or even on Noah if they just happened to run his left side over. There’s a justice for Noah Facebook page and Noah needs peace page too. I’ve been going thru all the comments to see what others have said. Lots have said this theory as well. I just pray the family will get answers sooner than later. What doesn’t make sense to me is they wrote their names on him and when he was found there was no writing on him…. Why ? did someone wash it off? Maybe cause names were on him ? Maybe cause he had so much blood? I don’t know, but it’s sus to me.
WHY would his bestie Jack call Noah’s brother & tell him he was in an accident? Jack & his dad were the first people to FIND JACK UNALIVED!!
It was also an Oklahoma Trooper that discovered his dead body, and reported that he nearly folded his shorts/pants next to him (and he was never allowed to touch the scene of a crime). His family reported that NO ONE went straight to the police. And there you have it. All of his "friends"/the party goers are guilty of his death. Also, their stories keep changing (when they were first questioned), but no one came forward and took a stand against Noah's death.
Ted Bundy also passed and he was a serial killer. I don’t think you can go off those.

It sounds as if someone tried pushing Noah out of a moving vehicle. Evil world we live in! I really pray for justice for this young man! This could also be an accident which was covered up. There is this old craze 'Car Surfing' which is more plausible when knowing the injuries sustained. You are driving possibly drunk or hi this awful accident happens you cover it up to save your own ass 🤷♀️

I kinda think - in his drunken state- he ended up messing with the wrong person's girlfriend and got caught. Which would also explain why he was naked.

Regarding the gun in the photo, it could be a BB gun or an ar-15. It’s not at all unusual for the boys in these very rural small towns to have guns. I live right down the road from where this happened, and my 19 year old son has guns. He got his first shotgun when he was 10 or 11 years old. It’s just a part of our way of life here.
That still sounds like an unsafe environment...who BRINGS ANY GUNS TO A 4 DAY PARTY??? A PARTY, you don't need any guns to party. No one goes hunting during a party, unless you are committing a crime...

IMO he was naked surfing and fell and hit the ground hard...it was a wild party and they were drunk and out of control. Whoever was with him when this happened semi cared about him because they covered him, put shoes on him, and folded his shorts. They did this all badly because they were drunk as heck and were probably scared and in a hurry to leave the scene.

If he was hit he would’ve had more major injuries it sounds like they were car surfing on the highway and he basically was holding on to them about to fall and he got dragged basically

is there no highway cam footage? the severity of his injuries sound like Noah was hit by a car. idk why he ended up on the road but, my goodness, poor kid was in bad shape. idk if a bunch of wasted kids could've done that much damage and dumped him on the road without getting pulled for DWI.

HI, I am new.... there is so much that does add up. the one of the girls and boy gave him a shower before he ended up in the road. that's how the writing gone. Personally, I think it was a accident and the kids freaked out. Also, Noah had two cell phone. One of the phone pinged where they found him... then back at the house. Jack also was already at the side of the road when the father and brother came.

If you're one of the kids who know something, get a lawyer and start talking because they will find out and those who hold their tongue will be served a harder sentence than the one who brought resolution to the family. His accounting right now in the interview suggests that he's lying and hiding information. That's why he's so concerned with saying that he passed the polygraph and talking about the minutia of what they did when they set up the test. He had something to do with it

Ive not heard of this case...but what is going on witn all these attacks on young men...but sadly if all that was going on, this is no surprise.
Updates: The family has heard from authorities recently, who’ve promised to keep them posted/up to date on the investigation. And his death was ruled, by the medical examiner, to have caused by “multiple blunt force trauma.” The Authorities are not investigating it has a homicide, but only has a suspicious death, though it is clearly a homicide, no doubt! Some Points to Clarify: #1- This young man’s death has already been ruled NOT to have been caused by a hit/run due to the lack of injuries that are always present, on a body, in such situation, along with the way his body was found in a fetal position; #2- He didn’t accidentally, or intentionally, fall, or get pushed, from a moving vehicle, again, because of his injuries, lack of injuries to the lower parts of his body, AND the way his body,(in a near perfect fetal position), and clothes, (pants neatly folded, but underwear laying near his body), were positioned at the scene; #3- The “only” blood that was found, at the scene, was minimal, despite the overwhelming seriousness of his injuries; #4- His body appeared to have been washed, and/or cleaned, by someone,(Not likely himself), to remove names, etc, for some reason, likely cause it might incriminate them or make them a suspect; #5- His finger tips were basically tore up/shredded and they found gravel underneath his nails, his face, nose, and cheek bones were broken, ribs in his back were broken, the back of his head was caved in, had some road rash on his upper body, and teeth knocked out, but conveniently placed near his body; #6- His body “was not” covered up, when found, by the truck driver, but was only covered after authorities arrived; #7- His life long best friend, Jack,(whom admitted during an interview), that they were inseparable, and everyone you asked, who knew them, would tell you, “If you seen Noah, you’d see Jack, and vise versa”, but yet he shows not even the slightest bit of emotion, during the interview for his life long best friend, nor explains how it was that Noah ended up how/where he did without him knowing about it??This young man was, for whatever reason, beaten/killed, maybe even raped, who knows, and his, so called, “friends” did it, or know who did it, how/why, and are hiding the truth, point blank! One little, supposed, fact that hasn’t gotten a lot of mention in this case is that, allegedly, there were children at that party whose parents were either politicians, police officers, or big wigs, whom may have been involved in his death, and that’s why no one been arrested, and why the authorities aren’t looking to solve this case at all, or anytime soon! My advise to the family, reach out to the FBI and ask them to get involved!!! I would’ve already resolved this case months ago! 8 months is insane given the facts/circumstances involved here! Justice for Noah/His Family, and may the Good Lord give the comfort & peace soon/always! ❤️🩹🙏
Also, still watching your video, and just FYI, he “was not” trying to hold onto a vehicular, as you suggested, because of the fact/condition of his finger tips, AND the gravel that was found under his nails! And dragging isn’t likely because there was only very minimal marks, on his hip, and no where else and his clothing showed no signs of him being dragged before the removal of his clothes/afterwards! He was killed/dumped by someone, likely people at/from the party! 🙏
Still watching, just another note for ya, he went 4 wheeling either that day, or during that 4 day weekend, and he rolled his 4 wheeler. His, so called, friends confirmed this happening, and that he wasn’t badly or seriously injured! So the cuts/abrasions on his fingers in the photos from the party are likely from that incident. 🙏
One last note for ya, the toxicology report showed that he had been drinking but was NOT heavily intoxicated, nor were any other drugs found, in his system! 🙏
This wasn’t an accident… so many red flags 🚩 in Noah’s case !

My theory: hes riding in the back of an old pickup truck with other friends. Hes leaning against the tailgate when it suddenly flips open. Noah starts to fall backwards and shreds his fingers on the pavement trying to catch himself. his head hits the pavement which would match with how the friend said the top of his head was scraped off. Noah is tall, so as hes falling his friends try to grab onto him to pull him back up and the only thing they managed to grab hold of are his shorts. Hes a skinny kid. Shorts are probably loose. friends are pulling on the shorts trying to hold onto him so hard that he slips out of his shorts. They are left holding them in disbelief. Probably the birthday girl. I feel like a girl is more likely to fold them. Kind of as a sign of respect. Not just toss them. They all gather round and once they realize hes dead they all make a pact to say nothing. No one talks, everybody walks.
They filmed everything else.... someone has footage.
Then they are cowards and evil for NOT coming forward with the truth. Shame on them for putting Noah's family through hell.

It didn’t happen like this, the autopsy did not show evidence of this. Not enough blood and not enough road rash. It did show there was multiple blunt force trauma to the head and entire left side of body internally and broken ribs. it’s like Noah was lying in his right side in fetal position while they beat or stomped him.

If I were the family I would have my son have a 2nd autopsy by someone else. Foul play and the police are lazy and need to do their job!
I wonder how many people at the party had vehicles . I’m not a detective but I would have searched all the vehicles there for his blood.
