"Argos" Lever by Odyssey Espresso - Workflow

Here is my typical routine for making a drink in the morning on my new Odyssey Espresso "Argos" lever espresso machine.
Things of note:
It has an encased boiler, dual PID, low water sensor, auto turn off, air bleed (no portafilter sneeze or spongy pulls), 58mm portafilter, pivoting steam wand, no burn steam wand, and first lever machine where you can choose to either set up as manual lever, or a choice of spring with various bar amounts.
Also has bluetooth connectivity to your smart phone/tablet with app, and variety of smart scales.
Also has the option to connect an analogue pressure gauge or bluetooth one.
