    PLEASE Read this before commenting.
Before leaving a comment see if I can answer your questions here:
    1. Ok yes it might have been a mountain lion or a puma or whatever cat you wanna call it 😂
    2. The scream in the video was a scream I took from an actual woman being abducted so yes the scream in this video was really a woman. I just used it to help tell the story, a (dramatization).
    3. I don’t actually have the day in question recorded so we will never know what happened.

That was my guess a cougar, aka mountain lion, puma. I've been in the northwest 37 years. I have heard that woman scream. First time I heard it, I thought was a woman. I had called the sheriff. It can be creepy feeling.

I’ve heard and seen some strange things out in the wild of AZ too. As a single, female nomad, I always have my dog and my “self protection device”… and cameras on all sides… and motion lights and a sat phone. There are lots more people out in the wild these days so being alert and prepared is important! ✌🏼🙂

Be safe, to tell you the truth actually there is a lot less people in the woods nowadays. People used to make a living off the wilds trapping hunting and so on. Either way be safe.

The screams seem to be a common theme.
I have seen one gu capture a woman walk-in around the forest near his campsite at 3-4am humming he got so close to whatever it was it’s like he walked through the sound and it’s stopped. Some paranormal residual energy creepy as heck man. This was in the UK that land is like Gettysburg lots of residual energy

Did you report the screams to park rangers or county sheriff? Too many crazies in wilderness nowadays. We lived back in a farmhouse with 250 acres of woods, wild meadows and several heritage farms. We had just moved to this remote area and was home alone, sitting on the porch at daybreak. Suddenly I heard a woman screaming and it was horrendous, like she was being attacked viciously! I grabbed my husband's shotgun, loaded it, and ran threw our woods, sure that the woman at the next farm, must be in dire need at her barn. I jumped over brush, ran thru briars, thorns, sharp branches, fell in creek...but kept going, until I reached that barn...then I stood with shotgun, looking for what or who was hurting that poor farm wife...she came out of her barn, saw my bloody face, arms, muddy clothes...and shotgun. I said in a whisper...who is screaming, who is hurt? Her look of fear and confusion turned into laughter...and she explained her Alpacas were in mating season..."and the females are screamers!" Yup...never lived that one down among the farmers lol!

Love these videos. That scream sent chills down my spine. My family and I have a cabin in East Texas. One night many years ago, I was maybe 13-16 we heard some screaming and calling for help in the woods along with what sounded like a beagle/hound dog barking. My dad and brothers in law ( I had 2 at the time ) stoked the bonfire we had going and we happened to be burning old brush we had cut around the property. So we stoke the fire, we build it up more, we all called out to this man but the tone or words never changed. He just kept saying “help me please! Oh god, somebody help me! Help me! Help!!!!” My dad and brothers in law and took out on foot with their guns and kept coaling out, the screaming stopped very suddenly. They said the more they called out it seemed like he got further away. They had flashlights and lanterns, and they saw nothing. It still chills us to the bone because we have 100 acres and the woods are dark and deep in East Texas. It’s in an area called “The devils pocket.” Very creepy.

I wanted to add, the next day we asked our neighbors on their ranch if they had any extra guests staying with them that got lost. We asked in town at the police department. It’s a small town and they only have Maybe 5 police officers and their station is like a tiny house. It’s a town of less than 1000 people so not much goes on there at all. No reports were made and so until this day, no one has filed a missing person report in that area to match what we heard. It’s always a bit unsettling hearing things like that. I’ve heard and seen a lot of things in the woods down there to make me question myself and my ears. But that is one thing I know for sure that EVERYONE down there, heard. Be safe out there ❤👍

I love east texas, hunted up there with old family friend on their 300 acres, they sold it but they use to call it Ellis mountain, my brother had a cougar come down a tree he was sitting under waiting for sunrise to hunt, felt brush fall on him so he turned on flashlight looked up and here she was. Coming down after him, his rifle was between his leg thank god as he just hit her blinding her in the eyes and fired, we heard him screaming and it’s because he killed her instantly but that huge cougar fell on him and he thought she was attacking him when she fell from above him onto his head and legs. We stopped hunting up there after that.

When we lived in western NC I head a young woman screaming in the woods, while doing chicken chores once. There was a young (teenaged) girl living in the next house down the road, and I was sure she was being assaulted in the woods. I ran into the woods yelling for her to “hang on, I was almost there”, heart racing, adrenaline pumping, and then the screaming sounded like it moved further into the woods. I kept going, yelling out for whomever was hurting the woman that they had better leave, I was armed. Then just like that the scream was freakishly far away. So much so it was disorienting. I wondered if it was a Sasquatch, maybe. Nothing else I could think of could have carried a human that far that fast. I stayed and listened a while and never heard it again. I set my mind to call the police when I got back to the house, but on the way back in I googled if any animal sounded like a woman being raped, and google gave me audio of a fox vixen call. Holy crap, that was exactly the sound I had heard. But just to be sure I called to check on all my neighbors to make sure everyone was accounted for.

Owls can carry pray pretty far. One by us was so huge I swore it was one of those devilish looking white birds eith pointy ears I forget ehat its called but every night you'd hear it teking dogs or cats or pray screaming thru the bush so high n so far. It stayed in the trees beside my window one day watching my cat n the cat kept trying to get out the window. For a cat you'd think she would have senced it but nope out the eindow she went n it got her. The screams were terrible I moved after that. Was me done but it was huge. I also had a bear eith a broken leg lay beside pur car length of car a black bear n he was hurt bad kept tryin to get up onto the locked fenced deck. He would have gotten I for sure. We were trapped for 2 days like that mnr wouldn't come put. Finally a neighbour let a firecracker a bug oen off n he took off screaming thru the bush although that upset me n he's dangerous injured I was also received. Few days later mnr shows up with a cage. Was redicuous I hope he got caught n treated. It was very sad and scary. Never seen a bear that big where I live in my life.

We saw a couple of small herds of deer and a flock of wild turkeys ran across the road. The tunnel you were in was part of the train tunnel for the mine. The blacked ceiling is from the train smoke. There are a lot of hidden gems out in that neck of the woods. Love the story telling part of your videos. Lookin forward to watching your journey.

Unfortunately, that requires me to wash my sheets quite often. 😂

We tried to determine where she was, went in the direction where we believed she was, we couldn't find her, we got in the car looked for a possible accident, found nothing but we could still hear her, so we called the police, when they arrived they could hear her, they looked, the screaming eventually stopped, but no one could find who was screaming.

You know, I was so stressed and worried the first few times I went camping alone, and I never thought I would get used to it but now I do it all the time and don’t even give it a second thought. It’s definitely daunting at first but well worth it once you get used to it! Thanks so much for commenting and watching. 🙏

I think if I was doing this a lot by myself, I’d invest in a nice infrared scope/monocle type of device so I could see better in the dark. I had one that I used a lot but it was to pick up dog poop at night. haha

Did you report it to the police? There’s a ton of missing people and many of them go missing in places exactly like that. If you didn’t, you still could as there may be an open missing person’s case for someone there and it could lead them to the right area.

@@worklessenjoylifemore That’s good. There’s really nothing more you could do. It has to be haunting. If it were me, I would probably check to see if there’s any cases in that area. Usually when i go up toward Breezy Pine i go up on Big Bug Mesa. Theres an old homestead up there with an ancient apple orchard. Many RUclipsrs have experienced the woman screaming in the woods and they said to never go into the woods when you hear that because it could be something evil trying to lure you in. That is how I would feel about it also. That cement box sure did look like a coffin of some sort but why on Earth would it be there!😮 Just so freaking weird. I really wish you had some kind of protection with you that would stop some type of evil predator be it human or otherwise. Great video. Take care man and be careful 💞 I looked up the cement box, link is above in my new comment.
You know when a dog is so terrified it wets on itself there is something terrifying nearby. I really believe there's a Sasquatch in the area and they do like to hang out in caves so you sure as heck shouldn't be going in😮

    • @worklessenjoylifemore
      @worklessenjoylifemore  Год назад +3

That’s true, except for there is a window in the camper that would connect to the back window of a truck cab if I had one. So, in case of a bad enough emergency, I could break the window out and climb into the truck cab if I had to. Hopefully there will never be a time where I need that 😂

Growing up in the Ozarks and still live here. Some nights what was thought to of been a woman screaming or what some describe as a baby crying turned out to be either a bob cat or a Mountain Lion. Don't hear about that hardly these days, too much development, which is sad to me. Takes away so much.
