Apparently GMBN are granting wishes nowadays as well! Sooo, for my second wish I want a top notch Enduro e-mtb and for my third wish an all inclusive week long trip to Whistler's opening week, thanks a ton in advance!!

The dent you added to the top back drivers side corner is traditional for all new van drivers, three of my friends vans have the exact same dent, good luck with the build

In the UK you could do this with a GT86 if you only want a bike or two. You just have to pitch a tent seperately and rely on campsite provisions. Thing is, where are you going to go where you can "wild camp" a transit?

Love it! And I think a van build dovetails perfectly with MTB'ing. In the planning phases right now to sell my daily driver and replace it with an MTB/camper/overland van.

4x4 sprinters are tanks especially the longer wb ones the guys fixing power lines use here. Ther very high ground clearance exactly what u should be getting for mtb van
I know this is going to be a good one! But at the moment you say "exactly the right tools for the job" ( 1:26 ) you use a thin disc as a deburring tool. If not used lateral they can potentially shatter, and at those speeds it is quite the show
Will you be re-registering it as a camper van? It's worth pointing out if it remains a van you are limited to 60mph on dual carriageways. Worth noting because I know a few that have been caught out with that.
You know what would be great .... If you guys at GMBN hadn't said anything about this project and then dropped all episodes to binge watch at the Christmas holidays! ❤ I'd happily pay a patreon/subscription to see extended videos of these. 😉
Just be sure to take into consideration maintenance access in odd places. Recently watched a van life video in which the owner of a Dodge Pro Master was unable to have the van's power mirrors diagnosed/repaired because the build had 'permanently' covered over the driver (American) side inner rear corner of the van, about midway up. Apparently there's an access panel in that location with a diagnostic(?) port. The owner resorted to temporarily turning the power mirrors into manuals by gaffer taping them in place as a short-term fix.
