Juicy cabbage steaks with ground meat, infused with an aromatic sauce made from tomato paste, mayonnaise, and herbs - the perfect choice for those looking for new ideas for home cooking.
Ingredients:
One onion
Herbs
400 g ground meat
Salt/pepper
Paprika
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves
Fresh cabbage
Vegetable oil
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and herbs.
Add half of the chopped onion and herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika to the ground meat. Mix well.
In a bowl, mix tomato paste, mayonnaise, the remaining onion, herbs, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic.
Cut the fresh cabbage into steaks and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the cabbage with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the ground meat and sauce on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
