The new bedding that you found is not safe for hamsters as it is readily dusty so I would recommend staying away from that… love your clogs btw

Hii malica the cage at 4:28 is not the best even for temporary because the wheel is so small only suitable for small robo's also its really noisy and hits on the side of the cage. and the water bottle leaks, i found all of my hamster bedding soaked in the morning and i had to change it immediately even though we sealed it by turning the ball all the way around, the house hide thing never clicks into place as well so for anyone i do not recommend that cage even though you shouldn't be getting it for a permanent home. i guess for cage cleaning its good when u have to put your hamster in a temporary house when your cleaning their other enclosure but its just not worth it.
I said the cage would be good used temporarily for things like travelling or temporary isolation. I’m sure adjustments could be made such as adding in a new water bottle or dish along with a bigger wheel.
Water bottles in general are hit and miss even the most expensive glass ones. Bottles always seem to leak or the water at times doesn’t come out. I’ve been using glass dishes with both my hamsters recently and they have done really good 💕☺️
@@malicahamilton yeah I tried a water dish but my hamster didn't seem to drink from it I have the all living things water bottle which is awsome

How do you deal with hamster deaths? do you grieve and wait? pls make a video
Everyone copes with it differently and most people won’t know how to react until it happens. With my first hamster when he passed I was heartbroken and I really wanted another one ASAP but I’m now onto my 8th hamster and some of them I felt a better connection with than others. Mostly the ones I had the longest / could interact with the most. I don’t really feel the urge to get another hamster straight away once they pass now I can wait months and months and I will just get one when I feel like I have the time to dedicate towards a pet again. It’s different for everyone there’s no wrong or right thing to do. Some people clean the cage out ASAP some people feel sad so they wait weeks but the cage cleaning doesn’t make me sad so I just do it when I have the time. When you’ve owned so many hamsters you know they will only live a short life so I guess you just mentally prepare yourself daily. Some people can’t handle the short lifespans so it really does just depend on the person

Karin my girlfriend love love loves pets at home she says the workers r very polite and they respect their customers she also says there very helpful if ure lookin for something and can’t find it their also great at giving advice she loves the shop ie store a lot there is about 3 or 4 same store in the areas there very near by to each other but Karin loves and likes the one same store lol buyeee xx
yogurt treats are terrible for small animals.. hamsters, rabbits, and guinea pigs..
That’s not true. Hamsters can have yoghurt drops. They can contain a lot of sugar so it’s best to feed sugar free ones and only give as an occasional treat. Hamsters are also allowed things such as cheese which they love but just a tiny amount. In the video I picked up yoghurt drops that were sugar free & contained no additives.
Rabbits & Guinea pigs cannot consume dairy but hamsters can tolerate small amounts of it as an occasional treats.
Maybe do some research 😊
