I didn't know the trick for the first door, very well done.
I’ve been able to make this work on the first door sometimes, and this video let me in on my first try when I thought the glitch was patched because I kept sticking my gun through the door without opening it. Thanks, this is a perfect video, showing where to line the gun up helps so much.
If you’re having trouble you may be turning your analog stick too much. If you’ll notice, you don’t want to push it completely to one side, you want to push the stick diagonally forward.
Edit: The key is actually to move the analog stick slowly. For some reason if you jam the analog stick it rarely works. Aim as you have your analog stick half way pressed to the side. It’s a little tough at first but now I get the elite challenge even if I need to get into two rooms.

I've watched other guide videos and there camera angles are different and the analog stick as well. For example, the 1st door, u got the same angle as other guide videos suggest. Analog stick as well. Move stick left & aim. But the other 2 doors your camera angle is different. And instead of moving stick left, you have to move stick right & aim. But im glad I found your guide. Very clear & simple 👌

Okay so I figured it out!
There are two things you are likely doing wrong which if you fix will allow you to get the doors open within 10 attempts every time.
1. Make sure that you’re moving your left analog stick diagonally up and not straight to one side.
2. And this is most important - move your analog stick slowly don’t just jam it forward.
This seems to be what causes the game force your character to actually walk forward.

I think stealth mode might affect this, not sure though. Just try not being in’s stealth mode though.
After 15 tries it worked and the door almost closed 🤦🏻♂️ I almost had a heart attack 😩

I've spent ages trying to do this and it's just not happening 😕. At first I thought it was only on PC this could be done but it seems all platforms can do it. I guess I need more practice. I will follow this strategy when I next play the heist 😊

Every time I get it, my character doesnt move and then he can when it closes
you need to run after the door is open
This helped me but the 2nd door still can't open it
I just gave up after a solid 45 minutes straight trying the second door. I also tried it for 30 minutes earlier today and couldn’t get it.
It was pissing me off so much because I’ve gotten it half a dozen times before but I’m never trying it again.
It seems like even when you do it perfect it’s not even a 10% chance for it to work.

I spent hours trying to do this but my character either 1. Backs away from the door to aim and either the door or wall, or 2. Doesn't aim at all/waits forever to aim. Any help?
try taking a nap and forgeting about the heist, then wake up and still dont remember the heist

The Replay Glitch (PC) Umm my Friend Unplugged his Ethernet cable for the glitch to work and Yes It worked tho "FOR ME" I Received My Cut But he didn't received his cut from the heist (Cayo)

So He Followed your Steps and Still He didn't get his cut but i Got mine tho
It might have been since it was the first heist and the cutscene is super long. Therefore it might be a bit different. It should work for him on the next heist when the cutscene is shorter.
